The food was cold. I spent $12 on one beef and cheddar and an order of curly fries. There were no more than 6 fries in the pack. The sandwich was cold and the bread was hard. I ate about half of it and then drove through the Wendys drive thru that was located beside them and got some more food. Had to spend over $20 just to get a quick bite to eat. It is hard enough in today's over inflated economy to make it. Let alone have to get quality like that at an exorbitant price. I'm done with Arby's in general. Out of the last three visits to an Arby's; all in different counties, my food was warm only once. My price was always the same though. I will not waste any more of my hard earned $ on less than product. I would rather go hungry. Seems to be my experience anyways when I go there so I don't believe I will be missing out on anything.

I tried the "Philly cheese steak " and I'm a little disappointed, it was steak cut into little rectangles that didn't want to stay in the bun. The "cheese " was something thin and mostly tasteless that always wanted to dribble out.I know this is Arby's trying something new, but stick with what you know.The regular sandwiches Arby's has are plenty and always tasty, the sauces are good and unique.The restaurant was clean and updated with fresh colors and seating that is conveniently placed and not crammed in like other places. The staff were busy and polite and served fast.All considered Arby's has good food at reasonable prices, now I'm waiting for the 5 for $5 roast beef sandwiches to return!

I came here yesterday and Walker Cloud was amazing. Great communication at the drive through with letting me know roast beef would be a 20 mins wait time. It is what I was craving but I was ok with changing my order up. Got to the window and still he was super pleasant. Which is why I decided to go back today and to feed my roast beef craving. Got to drive through and waited about 3 mins before saying hello. No response. A couple minutes later and I asked if anyone was working the drive through. I quickly got a tort response saying if I had patience he would be right with me. 9 minutes in and the car behind me backs up and leaves. Another minute later I drove around to leave and I will not be coming back to this location. All it takes is acknowledging your guest to let them know you’ll be right with them and I would have stayed to place the order. The screen was off so I thought maybe it was down and I needed to go around. Turns out your guy working the drive through is just a rude employee that doesn’t care about your business. And lost at least 2 customers tonight. For only 1 table sitting inside and 1 car in the drive through this was unacceptable.

Gave me wrong order, called several times, phone goes to answering machine, says it's full and hangs up.This order was made online. All they had to do is read the ticket and pack the food. (not rocket science)

Haven’t had Arby’s in ages, and now I remember why. Arby’s isn’t cheap and if you order through GrubHub it’s very pricey. So, as long as the order is executed correctly it’s worth it right? I expected my delivery curly fries to be less than optimum temperature. They were stone cold and rock hard. I expected to get the horsey sauce I asked for but I didn’t. I expected a Jamocha shake but this might be chocolate who knows? The beef and cheddar was worse than I remembered. The texture of the bun was off-putting, like a thick cardboard. I ordered 2 because they aren’t large. I will throw the second one away. My roommate hasn’t weighed in on his half of the order. So maybe there was a bright side. Shaking my fist and imploring the heavens. Don’t let me forget how bad this was. Don’t let me order from here again.
