Feb 13, 2025. Order taker wearing Mayflower Restaurant shirt at Arby's. Really?Previous review. Generally speaking, great food, good service. My pet peeve is this, as a frequent customer, cashier does not present drink cup across counter, have to reach to get cup. Cashiers already turns back to customer after transaction frequently. On a more recent occasion I was presented with a Max with some kind of sauce. I requested a new sandwich and received no apology from the order taker or any other staffer. Arby's, You used to care about customer service. Many times, if you order crinkle fries, they several you curly.

This Arby's is pretty quick and always made right. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a hassel though

Deluxe fish sandwhich always fresh its so good the staff is so respectful. It's a hit or miss with the fries but i don't ever eat them all anyway

Just another Fast Food Joint. The food isn't as good as it used to be. And now they have stopped the potato cakes again.

One of the drive-through workers sounds like Kamala. It's incredible! thankfully she wasn't offended. They were all cheerful when we got to the drive-thru window. This was a place my dad used to come with my mom. So I decided to take her back today :-)
Dietary restrictions: posted ingredients lists are a plus.
Tacora runs a great restaurant. She and Wayne have a great crew there! The new burger was tasty, and their brisket is always a winner!

Came in to eat with my fiancé, she got the beef and cheddar and I got the chicken sandwich. The first time she got her beef and cheddar it was half raw and still pink in the middle so she kindly took it back and asked to have another one made. They “replaced “ it and when she got back to the table and looked at the 2nd one it was the same way so we just got up through our food in the trash and left. Mind you I spent $25 on the food for it to be undercooked and cold. I’m am not happy at all with our visit tonight, very disappointed.
