Worst arbys I've been too. They need to stick to roast beef and refrain from serving hamburgers. Bit into one today and it was completely pink inside, disgusting. If you can't cook a hamburger, don't have it on your menu.

Fooled me once, you won't fool me twice. My double beef and cheddar was so soggy the wrapper fell apart... apparently. Some coating of idk what. I had to wash my hands 4 times after eating half and putting it up. Coke isn't as good as it could be but they charged a premium price. All around horrible. No wonder the parking lot was empty at 12:50 pm. I feel like disputing my card charge. That response from them is automatic. I filled out their for and nothing ever happened. No refund, apologies or anything. Crap food, crap customer service!

Feb 13, 2025. Order taker wearing Mayflower Restaurant shirt at Arby's. Really?Previous review. Generally speaking, great food, good service. My pet peeve is this, as a frequent customer, cashier does not present drink cup across counter, have to reach to get cup. Cashiers already turns back to customer after transaction frequently. On a more recent occasion I was presented with a Max with some kind of sauce. I requested a new sandwich and received no apology from the order taker or any other staffer. Arby's, You used to care about customer service. Many times, if you order crinkle fries, they several you curly.
