What can I say. It's Arby's. Foods on par for most Arby's, service is quick and often cheerful. They are quick to correct orders if something is wrong.
We had an issue with my roast beef sandwich not being done. It was pink and had blood on the bread. I take it back up had it re-made and still pink. I took it and took the pink part off. Well that was a big mistake I have since been throwing up and everything. We have never had an issue like this. I was told that roast beef I pink some I think not. I have never gotten a sandwich that was pink from them. This is ridiculous. We won't even do that again.
I don't know why but my order is almost never correct. I order common menu items but get something completely different. I order cheese cups and get none. The fries are cold and I have to badger them for sauce. When I order food, I expect what I paid for. Someone needs to come out and evaluate this restaurant staff as it is apparent that no one cares.

That Corn beefReuben sandwich was Hitting!!Loved it, had never tried it before!Although, Arby's I could have used a little more corn beef for an 8.00 sandwich! It has been noted in the news recently about how Arby's roast beef is so thin and not up to par! Another thing I did not like, they did not include not one napkin in my bag! I am a Food Critic!

Having recently moved to Greensboro in December 2022, we discovered that the local Arby's outlets fell short of our expectations, with poor service and unkempt interiors. However, we were pleasantly surprised at this location where the staff assured us that, with proper management, Arby's could return to its former glory. We experienced excellent service, a spotless interior, and our food was served promptly. This establishment may become our go-to spot for a quick bite when visiting Winston.

Arby's is right about one thing. At this location..THEY HAVE THE MEATS. you ain't bout to skimped on your roast beef here. You want a beef and cheddar?! YOU GONNA GET YOUR BEEF! AND ✨ cheddar ✨The fine folks who work at this store for part time making part time wages, giving us consumers our fix of what we're tweaking for. That thin slice of heaven between a toasted onion roll. Those crisp but fluffy as me all year round, curly fries. Perfection. Bliss. Neigh but instead, seasoned curly crisps that were handed down by Aphrodite herself.Folks, you don't want to get you meat fix anywhere else on University Parkway. You want the meats? YOU GO TO ARBY'S. they got enough meats you gonna walk out or drive off with the meat sweats before you even taste your food!And you're gonna love every bite of it!.That's all I got to say about that.5 stars.

This location is an absolute dump. The food is disgusting the employees are lazy. We went here and had to bring our food back up to the counter because they literally served my kids raw food. That is totally unacceptable I hope this location closes down. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST.
