The Bartender Ricky was exceptional! Drinks awesome. Our server was fantastic and chef was, as well. Something about their food brings me coming back. Been to a lot of Hibachi restaurants; NO comparison! Had a great time! Keep up the great work, Arigato's!

Always a winner. Trust me: I would know. Still a winner! It can be a bit loud, but the food is worth it.

The food is still excellent, but the service has gone downhill (the staff is stretched really thin) and the amenities have disappeared (no more salt/pepper on the tables, no more mints with your bill).

Recommended dishes: Zucchini and Onions, Appetizer Shrimp, Fried Rice, Hibachi Chicken and Shrimp Fried Rice, Shogun Dinner Special, Salad with Ginger Dressing, Shrimp and Vegetables

Food is good, but it's a dice-roll when it comes to other people. We had a kid by us with tablet on full volume. It is apparently against their policy to ask them to lower the volume.

So good if you're with adults.

Bad if you're sat with a kid and blaring tablet.

The entire experience was awful at best. A dinner reservation for 8:30 and we were seated at 9:05pm. The waitress Tabatha was “Awesome”. The chef at my table continued to mix up the spatulas after he was informed of three guests at the table having shell fish allergies. The food was mediocre to describe, they gave onions and zucchini as vegetables, no broccoli, no carrots and the salmon I was overcooked and cooked with the shrimp so I was unable to consume. The entire experience was not good and I will never give them another opportunity to serve me in any capacity. 👎🏽

I visited the restaurant and experienced a 45-minute wait upon arrival. Unfortunately, the customer service throughout the visit was disappointing. The waitress came across as rude, and when I attempted to address my concerns with management, I was met with an unprofessional attitude rather than assistance.

Additionally, there was a significant delay in service from the chef, who took approximately 26 minutes to come out. During the interaction, there was also confusion regarding a napkin left on the plate, and the situation was handled in a manner that felt dismissive.

Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I would recommend improvements in both communication and customer care.

Great place to eat Japanese food on a Wednesday night. Thought it was not going to be crowded, but got there at 5 and when I got my salad, all the tables were full. I can see why, it was delicious. If I go on Friday next time, I'm going to get a reservation.

Luv this place! Atmosphere is exciting, people are down to earth. Really felt a sense of belonging as I sat at this big table with other customers and watched the cook throw down! I had to move my napkin I thought it would catch a flame but no! Delicious recipes, tender sirloin, great shrimp sauce and thick juicy lobster meat really made my day, well my night. ATTN: let your leftovers sit in the freezer for two days and it tastes even better! Boy was I full! It's a girl's world ya hear you'll be nothin without me! Hahahahaha 😂😆. Really heard my draft! Well martini, great mixed drinks too, get the bartender to freestyle you one!

Party of 3 with no reservations. The service was great today. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the libations that were in stock and quite the mixologist. We were seated in a timely fashion and were promptly asked about refreshment preferences. The staff who took the orders did not fail to mention the specials located on the back of the menu. Everyone present appeared to be having a good time and enjoying not only the food but the skilled chef tricks. Keep up the great work, consistency is key. 👏 👏 👏

Horrible experience at this place, first off the point of reservations is to make sure you can eat at a specific time, but you end up having to wait over an hour????? Do I need to send a web developer to fix the booking system?????? Or too busy beating drum for bday???????????? FIX YOUR BOOKING , THIS IS NOT HOW RESERVATIONS WORK, why overbook people if there is going to be over an hour wait??????????????????????????????????
