Times are incorrect. The store is closed and cleaned up by 7:30 on Friday evenings. These are normally the best pretzels, stopped at the mall after checking their closing time. Please change your times accordingly.

Literally about 3 of the employees were rude ! I asked for my order to be made fresh … like usual and they had and attitude… didn’t ask if I wanted any dip . I told Them I wanted Hot salsa cheese. When I came back to pick my order up , the lady who handed me my order said, I just wanted to say you are weird for eating hot salsa cheese with a cinnamon sugar pretzel! Like excuse me … y’all really need to get better staff ! Very disrespectful and rude

Samantha was very rude. She told my daughter to make sure she has money before she orders. And proceeds to yell at me when I ask what the problem is. You all could use better customer service. No need to be rude when the child is trying to make a payment and has gotten her debit cards mixed up

Went to order when it opens, they said they’ll be ready in about ten more minutes. The place says it opens at 11 not 11:11.
I finally caught them fresh out of the oven , I got a free pretzel today on the app , I usually don’t like buying them without some sort of deal bc I find them to be very expensive but super delicious, I like the spicy cheese sauce for dipping

RUN away from here!!! They must pick their employees off the street. Their attitudes are straight trash. Not only was food not cooked properly but their hair was in it.Zero customer service skills with a ton of low class attitude.Everything about the two black girls at the front this afternoon wreaks low class and the taller white girl at the back who I'm guessing was the "Manager" was just as bad.She rudely interrupted when the young man (the only one with any customer service skills) was actually trying to help me.
