I usually go to Auntie Anne’s in malls. The one in Winston-Salem is bizarre and poor service. I asked for a small pretzel bite & they point and only said they had regular size & said if i can get a whole pretzel bc it’s cheaper (??? which i didn’t ask for). I said no and asked to wait because i seen they had a new batch about to go in the oven. The manager said no and that the regular was 30 cents more which again was rude & i didn’t ask for. I ultimately just walked away because I don’t like being upsold (which is clearly what they were doing) & lied to because i had gotten a small from the exact location not long ago. Oh the time i went before that the pretzels bites were hard.

I just asked if we can have the fresh pretzel. Since we got have gotten some old ones before but never complained. The one time we asked for fresh ones the African American middle age woman got offended and started talking about how we want the fresh ones and the younger ones started laughing at us. Dude I have teen age kids we live a the mall. We live on pretzels. You are really fast to take my money every single time. But the one time that I said something, you were offended. You guys could at least wait it until we walked away to start talking about us. And laughing the way you did. It's okay to be ratchet, but not at work. Will this stop me from coming back, No. But I won't stop here if I see the same people. You are not hurting your business because it's not yours.You're hurting others.People's business by behaving this way.
