I always order a pretzel with no salt sometimes they don’t have any up so you have to wait 10 or 20 minutes other times they do and they’re always burnt on the bottom. It’s a pretzel shop at least they could do is not burned the pretzels. Bad customer service.

This is actually the worst auntie Anne’s! How are you gonna be out of the mini pretzel dogs, lie and say you’re making more, and then not even bother to actually make them? Whoever the owner of this location is, you need to fix this place up.

Times are incorrect. The store is closed and cleaned up by 7:30 on Friday evenings. These are normally the best pretzels, stopped at the mall after checking their closing time. Please change your times accordingly.

Literally about 3 of the employees were rude ! I asked for my order to be made fresh … like usual and they had and attitude… didn’t ask if I wanted any dip . I told Them I wanted Hot salsa cheese. When I came back to pick my order up , the lady who handed me my order said, I just wanted to say you are weird for eating hot salsa cheese with a cinnamon sugar pretzel! Like excuse me … y’all really need to get better staff ! Very disrespectful and rude
