The staff here is always on the ball. Even when there's a line wrapped around, passed the entrance to the new seating area that they opened, the wait isn't bad! They're all working hard to expedite the orders, with smiles on their faces. The bagels are the closest to New York bagels that I've been able to find. Not puny, and chock full of toppings. Their everything bagel is to live for! 360° seed/ spice coverage! Not just the top. Plus, there are great house-made shmear & butter options, either to have at the time or to take home in a container from the fridge. The new(ish) seating area is really nice as well. Now you can actually eat in comfortably, whether by yourself or with a group. There's also options for dessert, in case that sweet tooth won't leave you alone.
Parking: When at their busiest, you may have to park in the big lot across the street.
Kid-friendliness: Good for families.

Good texture and chew on the bagels, bread tasted fresh, but the bacon egg and cheddar was very bland - seemed like they didn't add salt and pepper on the egg. Blueberry with strawberry was tasty. Went on a Sunday and waited in line for about 15-20 min - not worth waiting in line for.
Bagels are always fresh. Got the girls at my job hooked on the Scallion Cream Cheese.

I'm not an expert on NY style bagels, but I'm told this is the place in town. Great bagels, service good and fast, and a nice sit-in area to eat now. Their lox/salmon bagel with all the trimmings is great.

I don’t understand why Sundays tend to be the worst days to come. The lines always out the door. The service is so slow and the food tends to be worse quality than normal. I came in today and stood in line for 15-20 minutes before I got to the counter for my order to be taken. When I got there the lady taking my order wasn’t friendly at all and seemed to have an attitude which could be understandable because they were busy so I let it slide. I got my food quicker than it took to place it but when I got my food the bacon and egg was cold which I don’t understand how when they were making so much food. I came in last Saturday which seemed to be busier than it was today and they got everyone in and out so much quicker the food was nice and hot and the employees were so much nicer. I don’t know if they were just having a bad day or what but this kind of service needs to be fixed.
