The staff here is always on the ball. Even when there's a line wrapped around, passed the entrance to the new seating area that they opened, the wait isn't bad! They're all working hard to expedite the orders, with smiles on their faces. The bagels are the closest to New York bagels that I've been able to find. Not puny, and chock full of toppings. Good texture and chew on the bagels, bread tasted fresh, but the bacon egg and cheddar was very bland - seemed like they didn't add salt and pepper on the egg. Blueberry with strawberry was tasty. Went on a Sunday and waited in line for about 15-20 min - not worth waiting in line for.
I'm not an expert on NY style bagels, but I'm told this is the place in town. Great bagels, service good and fast, and a nice sit-in area to eat now. Their lox/salmon bagel with all the trimmings is great.
