This place should just be a Dunkin because every time I try to get anything from Baskin, they’re always out: out of ice cream, out of the stuff to make cappuccino blasts. I rarely come by this place, so it speaks volumes if they’re always out of something whenever I stop by

Ordered a Polar Pizza from this location. Received the item and I could tell it had melted and then placed back in the freezer. The item looked nothing like a Polar Pizza. Called the store and they told me there was nothing the could do. I asked to speak to a manager and they said there was no manager on property. STAY AWAY!!!!

In typical Baskin-Robbins fashion they do offer a ton of fun and unique varieties of ? ice cream, however, this location seriously lacks in terms of supplies, in stock items, and customer service. Your best bet here is getting something very simple or one of their pre-packaged ice cream ? cookie cakes or ? cakes. They do have ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking and ? restrooms.
This location was the worst service I have ever received at a Baskin-Robbins. The doors were locked even though they had a Covic-capacity of 22 (my family the only ppl @ location) and the attendant was rude. I could go somewhere for cones of ice cream and spend less money.

Came to get the legendary rainbow sherbet only to be told they were closed already when google has them closed at 9pm.In this digital world, it is simply unacceptable that I drive to a business listed as open only to be told it’s closed.
