This place should just be a Dunkin because every time I try to get anything from Baskin, they’re always out: out of ice cream, out of the stuff to make cappuccino blasts. I rarely come by this place, so it speaks volumes if they’re always out of something whenever I stop by

Paid 7 dollars for a small coffee!!! What?! They guy charged me for extra stuff and said it was too late to fix because I had already paid. Have received bad service here but it just keeps getting worse.

Ordered a Polar Pizza from this location. Received the item and I could tell it had melted and then placed back in the freezer. The item looked nothing like a Polar Pizza. Called the store and they told me there was nothing the could do. I asked to speak to a manager and they said there was no manager on property. STAY AWAY!!!!

BEWARE! This Dunkin location is one of the worst in the city of Winston-Salem. They are always short staff, the lobby is always closed, some days you can't order anything but coffee (no sandwiches, etc.). The line of cars wrapped around the building everyday is ridiculous. I wish this location could operate more effectively & efficiently for their customers. Also, there are days in the morning they are completely out of items. Literally before 9am. If you can go to a separate location for coffee, please do!

Not good at all. Been here 3 times this week HOPING there would be a difference but no. Donuts aren't any good, and the coffee is horrible. Seems like nobody knows how to use a spoon to make sure that all the sugar or flavoring isn't at the bottom. Coffee tastes old. Or it just might be that the creamer machine hasn't been cleaned correctly since todays coffee was sour. SOMEBODY FIX IT.
Honestly wish I could give this place a 0 star. This place is a straight up trainwreck. The employees seem to have a bug up their ass. You ask for something so simple as napkins or a straw and it's an inconvenience. It also took an hour to get through the line and get my order. I had to repeat my order about a million times and they still managed to get everything wrong. They gave me stale bread, burnt cheese on the sandwiches, and the coffee was atrocious. And when I pulled up to the window there were just employees standing around not doing a damn thing. Honestly such a waste of my time and money!! So if you want to get coffee and something to eat don't go here whatever you do!! Instead find either a different Dunkin, Starbucks, or coffee shop don't waste your time like I did!! So unprofessional and utterly disappointed.

I've been there twice, thinking it would be better the second time but I was wrong. The donuts are always old, it's like eating the heel on a loaf of bread and they don't carry milk products, I had to have a Coke with my breakfast.

Claims the walk in / lobby is closed yet the app says its open. When we got to the drive through window, the lady basically threw our food at us and shut the window very rudely. Never coming here again. They said their lobby is closed but there was no sign. They claimed to be "under staffed" when i saw about 7 people in there. It takes 5 seconds to write a note and put it on the door so people know.

I work near this location, I've been 4 times in the past several months hoping that it would be better at some point. They seem to be out of most of their menu items, each time. When I ordered a donut that was on the menu, I was told they didn't sell that kind and was made to feel dumb when I explained that it was on the menu, that's why I ordered it. They stated they had never heard of it. I've also ordered coffee each time, it was luke warm at best and definitely not fresh. Employees seem disorganized and almost rude when telling you what they're out of, like you're supposed to know what not to order. I wouldn't recommend this location at all.
