They had a sign on their door stating the cash register was down so the lobby was closed and to use the drive-thru. We pulled around and gave our order and then are told they have no milk. What kind of ice cream shop doesn't keep milk stocked at all times?
This isn't the only time I have had issues with this location. A few things to list would be the quality of the product the wait times and the staff friendliness all lacking. Just be wary if you do go here they may not be capable of serving at the time.

They closed the door very early at 8:30 and the closing time was 9:00 pm. When I called them then the employees were very rude
I ordered a birthday cake, and it was Mint Chocolate Chip. All of our guests loved the cake.
Don't even make banana splits anymore. It's on their website. Sir we don't have any banana's.

Very rude staff member (Latina, 5'5" wearing glasses) worked around 2:30pm on Saturday 3/3/2024. Waited 30 mins for an ice cream and asked her a question and she completely ignored me and the customers behind me even said she is very rude. If you cannot greet customers at least do not give customers a cold

I will never be coming here again, their disposition to serving customers is displeasing. Unfortunately my family of 6 and I didn't even get ice cream as we waited 15 min. for them to finish their conversation. RITA YOU SHOULD CONSIDER A NEW STAFF.

I have been going to this location for years for one thing the cappuccino blast. Always very nice and polite staff. I love this location it is always a great experience going here.
