The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They know the menu and are helpful answering questions you might have. The coffee shop is so clean too! The signage makes it clear where to order and pick up too which is very helpful. They have two top tables and a few comfy chairs. You can also sit outside in seats as well. They have a drive thru if you need a quick coffee on the go. The frozen Caramel Marvel® latte was delicious. The vanilla ice coffee is really good too.

I come to this location fairly frequently, however, not usually in the mornings. I went today 6/21 at 9:45am. I love Biggbys products, however, my experience today was not great. I feel like this location was severely understaffed, and it affected the customer interaction. There were 3 young ladies working at this time. While they were quite busy in the drive through, I was the only person inside at the time.
One of the blonde girls seemed upset that I came inside rather than the drive through, and did not have a polite tone. She was quite harsh and sounded rude when she said “we’ll get you in a minute” She also sounded rude while interacting with the other baristas.
I don’t want to get anybody in trouble with this, but either she is too stressed out by the environment and it’s affecting her customer interactions, or she’s just rude.
The barista with pink and black hair was very nice.
But there was also food items that were left on the counter infront of the POS system… turkey, eggs, sausage, cheese…. All things that need to be constantly refrigerated for food service

I can't say enough good things about this place, I love it so much! The staff are always super friendly and working super hard to make sure you have a good experience. They have weekly deals on various menu items, so there is usually a chance to save a little money which I appreciate. My only complaint is that I wish there were more locations across the state/country so that I could go anytime, as I am not always near a Biggby location. Keep up the great work!
Overpriced mid coffee, rigged points system. Paying $8 for a coffee only to not be given points because of their own promotion. Extra shot Friday means no points on my card? Would have been nice to know prior to the transaction. I just spent $8 on a coffee, the least you can do is give a pittance of a point in your reward system.
