I had a really disappointing experience at Biscuitville today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken meal, but the moment I opened it, the chicken had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it completely unappetizing. On top of that, the drink I received was basically a cup filled with nothing but ice — there was barely any actual beverage in it. For the price I paid, this was incredibly frustrating. I expect much better quality and attention to detail. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

This is my favorite place to go whenever I am in North Carolina for breakfast. Their food is very delicious. A little bit on the higher side some of it but well worth the price. I wish it would be more like a regular dine in experience. Instead of get in line, pay for your food and wait for your number type restaurant.

My favorite place for biscuits. Bojangles in our area has gone a little downhill. But biscuitville seems to be consistently good even in other cities where I've tried it. Service is fast and the atmosphere is just basic fast food place atmosphere

So we go eat here alot spent alot of money just at this one restaurant so I just went through the drive thru my order total came out to right at 40 dollars I ordered a unsweet tea with no ice the lady at the window handed me a sweet tea I said hey baby this was suppose to be a unsweet she turned around told the lady on the drinks it was supposed to be unsweet so she fixed it came handed me a unsweet ok remind you I just took a swallow out the cup the lady that gave me the wrong tea comes back to the window minutes later

Food was great as always and the lady in the drive thru was very friendly ! I tried the Vanilla Cinnamon Iced Latte with Cold Foam for the first time &loved it I will absolutely be getting that again 😄 Definitely will revisit this location when I'm in Winston, I'm always happy with my food from any biscuitville location!

They were very slow told them I wanted the combo they only rang me up for sandwiche. When I caught her I want to refund everything and then re-ring it up. I use the card so I do not want to do that because the money don't always go right back on the card. When we did get the sandwiches they were cold
