I visited the drive-through yesterday and unfortunately my order was incorrect. By the time I got home, the store had already closed, so I wasn’t able to have it remade. I returned the following day, and Marcus was kind enough to remake my order. He was very friendly and helpful, and his professionalism truly made my day. I hope he sees this review, as I really appreciate his assistance and excellent customer service. He makes this location, the epitome of southern hospitality!
When I pulled up in that drive thru on University Pkwy this morning I had just had a AWFUL experience with Hardee’s in Walkertown. Their trash breakfast on the front seat and they refused to give me back my money because I ordered online. When they have tomatoes this place is awesome! They could also give bigger slices of tomatoes when you order a BLT biscuit... otherwise I love the biscuits and selection biscuitville has to offer!
