The server Nevaeh was terrible. She was rude and very argumentative for no reason. The food was over cooked, over seasoned and the Pizookie was served in a disposable pie tin. We were told they did not have enough staff. Awful experience. Will not return.

We had a 6:30 reservation. Upon arrival promptly, we were told it would and. 15-20 minute wait. Our party settled in, and after 25 mins we were still not sat, and were told it would be another 25-30 mins. Empathetically approching the staff, The host Mason was a delight and very helpful. He understood our concerns and was happy to get the manager. The manager Olivia was super responsive when I addressed my long wait concerns, and made sure we worked together to have our family sat quickly despite being unexpectedly short staffed. We were tossed in the lap of who made sure our party of 13 had what we needed. Mason was a DELIGHTFUL HUMAN!! He made us feel great!! Our server Amaya was wonderful!! After some confusion, one person did not receive their dinner with everyone else and had to take it to go, and the steak we ordered medium came well done. Nothing other couldn't handle as they ensured those meals were comped, and the floor manger (male) made sure our billed was comped appropriately. Gluten friendly menu is touch and co, make sure you're paying attention to the ingredients. Lemon pepper wings were a crowd fave in our group. The drinks were Devine! The spinach dip was average at best, and seafood portions were small. We had a 6:30 reservation, were seated by 7:15, and were wrapped up and out the door by 9:30. Wait times were long, but expected knowing they were dealing with a short staff.

Not a great experience for a birthday dinner celebration. Drinks ordered and the salads were great, however our main entree food was consistently cold across the board for all. The pasta deep dish ziti ordered had what tasted like partially frozen meatballs in it, not good. Server was kind, considerate and tried to make a great experience for us, but unfortunately the food experience was off.

Yesterday was my birthday. My family had not been out together since my grandmother died 3 years ago. We were excited. I picked a place we had never been before. Should have walked away when i saw the lot was empty.Huge mistake. Had my sisters and brother in law at the bar like they couldnt have drinks at the table.
Waiter and waitress were good except for the white girl that came through to assist but when asked to being something she made it clear she was just helping and not waiting our party. Olivia came by to ensure we knew her status and to let her know If we needed anything. She came back one more time to check on us but we never saw her again. I ordered a Pepsi. It tasted weird. My daughter agreed. I sent it back. The young lady came back and said her boss said there was something wrong with the line so she informed me that even though she selected regular Pepsi and not diet it might taste the same I said no thank you. She said do you even want to try it. I declined. My husband told her your boss is wrong for even telling you to come and say that. Just say you're out. Then I ordered mac and cheese balls. Disgusting. No flavor. I sent them back. One of my aunts ordered salad and soup combo. Salad came and she had ro ask where is the soup. Your menu shows soup in a bowl and when it came out in a regular bowl the waiter tried to say you have to ask for the bread bowl which is extra but he didn't exain it that way. Waited forever for ranch for my uncles wings. My mother waited forever for a burger that your waiter claimed all the burgers were waiting for fresh fries but she ordered onion rings. And my daughter had a burger with onion rings on the burger and as a side and my sister ordered he onion ring appetizer that came out with no problem. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp scampi scampi combo with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Potatoes were like a brick and asparagus was dry and the size of small tree twigs. Shrimp was swimming in a thin soupy concoction. I showed it to the waiter and said tell your cooks don't put something like this on a plate. He said yeah. At this point I'm embarrassed and ready to go. The burgers finally came out and I was asking for to go plates at the same time. Tried to eat my 6 Oz sirloin today and it was 4 oz of fat. Service good. Food was horrible. Will never go bavk again.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon. Slow and thought it would be great for service. Sat at bar didn't get any service or welcome. Basically ignored and waited 10 min. Bartenders never asked for a drink order but continue to serve other customers. Walked out and figured I would leave them one star. Can't rate food because I was not served but service definitely sucked. Won't be back.

We were surprised with how good our food was. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the pizookie was delicious. It is dark in there so it’s hard to read the menu, maybe they could turn up the lights a bit. It’s also a little pricey but we will return since the food was so good.

Gave this restaurant numerous opportunities.
And I will not be giving them another. Their service is horrible every single time you walk in there. The servers don't even know what's going on or what's on the menu?
I have never had that service so slow in any restaurant.

We had a large party that was planned in advance but they weren't ready for. The waitress was frazzled. We sat down about 4pm. Didn't get food until 6pm. We uad to use the lights on our phones to see the menu they turned on the lights 1hr into our time. My calamari was cooked in old fryer oil, i know because it was dark in color and the person next to me ordered also and hers was golden. I got brewhouse chicken that was supposed to have white cheddar mash potatoes but did not. My husband got a protein bowl which he said was good. Way too expensive for what I actually got to eat.

Bar was closed. Bartender was overwhelmed and couldn’t take any new patrons yet empty seats. Unbelievable! We left.

I made an order yesterday night and when we got the food it was ice cold the pizza tasted like it was only in the oven long enough heat the toppings and cheese the sauce was ice cold the artichoke dip was ice cold the mozzarella sticks were room temperature and I spent 96 dollars the managers tried but he couldn't do anything which I do appreciate but I don't think I will be ordering from here again this was unacceptable and if you order something on door dash 10 minutes before they close be prepared for it to be ice cold and if you accept an order ten minutes before you close it should up to standard conditions not lazily heated for 3 minutes and then shipped off

Got greeted by a bubbly and sweet host who was dressed stunningly and that definitely set the tone for the rest of our experience our server was fast and just as sweet and even joked around with us 10/10 will be returning again! With a better card next time 😂

food has improved since the last time my fiance and i came by. our server was very attentive and on top of that, the drinks were satisfying. i would definitely recommend the white peach boba rita!

Update. 3rd time here. We stopped in late last night for dinner. Comet greeted us when we came in and took us to our table. Suzanne was our server and she was very nice, helpful and amazing! She took great care of us! I ordered the Garlic Shrimp with Parmesan Toast Appetizer, minus the tomatoes. Wow, the appetizer was DELICIOUS!!!!!!

Another server, H'meen Jackson was amazing! We weren't in his area but he was very friendly, welcoming and professional! He made our night!

Looking forward to coming back soon!

2nd time here and we love the place. Shelly, our server, was awesome. Very nice and friendly. I had an issue with my meal and they took care of it right away. Can't wait to come back!
