This place is joke. They think by removing the reviews will fix the problems they have. First is disrespect to remove it, second you know I can write again the same review easily . All my friends and family simply agree with me.

Probably the best looking and tasting pastries in North Carolina. Wide selection with each pastry being stand out and delicious. Welcoming, friendly staff. Delicious coffee. There’s nothing to dislike here.

This is our new favorite place to treat ourselves to a tranquil breakfast. Walking in you immediately sense a calmness and breathe a little easier. Everyone is kind in a peaceful manner- no loud voices or loud noises, soft music in the background, it’s so lovely. The bakery items and pastries are incredibly delicious. So much true flavor, nothing artificial. It’s all fresh and with the best ingredients, to give your palette such incredible flavors and textures. You will be spoiled forever more after experiencing such delectable delights. This is a MUST visit if you enjoy fine croissants and pastries. You will be grateful you did! Life is too short to miss the food experience here. 💗
They also serve coffees and some lunch items. The facility is immaculately clean.

A true gem - everything I’ve tried here has been fantastic. The meatball sub is probably in my top 5 all-time sandwiches, and the pastries are consistently top-quality.

On Tuesday March 18 I had their lunch special sandwich. Best cubano sandwich I’ve ever had and I’m from Miami!

Service was professional and efficient. The pistachio, vanilla and chocolate croissants are exceptional. The breakfast bun has perfect texture throughout with great flavor. We had the Halibut sandwich which was fried well and balanced. One can taste the fish, sauce, salad and bun without a single component overpowering the sandwich. My wife and I had engaging and thoughtful conversations with other patrons while in line and eating our lunch.

It would be hard to fine a bakery anywhere that does everything as well as BB. Savory, sweet, coffee, lunch, amazing crew - it all comes together for the best part of any week.

The bakery is magical. First, as you walk in, you see the pastry chefs making the pastries through the large window, and your heart starts to race with anticipation. As you enter the spotless and crisply maintained area to order, you are greeted with a hello and the incredible smell of fresh baking. I was mesmerized.

The selection of goods is fantastic but not so overwhelming that you feel lost. A selection of croissants, strudels, and cinnamon rolls. Tear apart pastries and delightful season-related specialties. The selection of hot, chilled, and room-temperature French pastries is well-balanced.
The quiche looked fantastic, and here, unlike most modern fast pastry shops, they will warm it up for you and then call your name when ready.

So far, we haven't even made it to the coffee selections. A genuine handmade cappuccino was over the top.

Rarely do you stop to appreciate the sweet food and drink places in front of you, but here, you want to enjoy every bite in their significant eating areas, bar, or outside. I was overwhelmed with anticipation, but it was worth it.

I had an apple strudel and then just a good old-fashioned croissant and loved them both. Flavor, textures, temperature. Layers were as you were eating along the sine in Paris. This is a must-visit bakery and was instantly placed at number 1 on my list of return visits.
