First time going to this place today. There was a line out the door. Staff was so friendly despite them being busy. But the food. Over the food. The almond paste croissant that I had was nothing short of exquisite period so so so good.

Simply amazing. I wish I had taken pictures, because this baked shop is crazy good. The vanilla croissant was particularly good, and whatever their house drip coffee I received was fantastic. Can't remember what the coffee chocolate cake thing I had was....but it was glorious.

The vanilla croissants! Just trust me. Eat one slightly warmed. You have to try. Is everything pricey? Yes. Worth it? Yes.

The sandwiches are always outstanding. The desserts are also out of this world. The hot latte is very good but I feel like it gets cold faster than usual. I don't gulp my latte's but it got cold pretty quickly. I ended up going back up and ordering an iced latte lol. I wish they had a little microwave near the tables so we could zap our coffees hah.
While the food is outstanding it's my personal opinion that the service is hit and miss. In a wild turn around it's actually the guys that are very nice and helpful. The women on the other hand act like you are bothering them for having the audacity to order. One in particular was very rude. Which she is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. (Well her and the temp of the latte. I've never had a hot latte get cold before I finished it) The younger lady with brown hair that was behind the counter wrapping up the bakery items was very sweet along with all the guys.
I do love this bakeshop. And of course I'll be back.

There’s no other like the Bobby’s and their wonderful shop, everything is absolutely amazing and consistent stand up quality of everything from pastries, sandwiches, espresso, you name it. What a jewel 💎 to WSNC. I truly believe they could gain a Michelon Star-if they wanted to-for the Confectioneries alone, that’s literally how beautiful and delicious everything is. Yet, definitely worthy of a James Beard award altogether in my humble opinion. 🫶🏼😮💨
