It would be great if the chicken was not raw at the time of eating it, and the attention in its place is very bad. Those would be 2 big change that would take them to 5 stars.

They never have any food prepared and there is always a long wait. Every single time.
Horrible customer service not recommend AT ALL I’ve missed 6 chicken pieces and four fries if I didn’t ask them to GIVE ME what I have already ordered.

I work on the road across Winston-Salem and have ate at every location and this location never fails to let me down ether out of something or staff is slow and seem like there not sure what is going on this is my last time eating at this location.👎
Don’t eat at this bojangles. Slow drive thru (20 to 30 mins after you pay). Over cooked ham & biscuits.

...the food is very good, salty, but good! It cannot be healthy for you to eat more than once a month here. The place is always messed up, even do most people don't eat here. Is either takeout or the Drive thru. They can be a bit slow to serve you,

The workers were friendly and in clean uniforms...restaurant tables and chairs were all wiped and clean (i have found a lot of restaurants are not keeping up with this crucial detail)...as usual I found the food to meet my expectations of this chain and look forward to eating here again..

I’m here for a DoorDash pickup, and while the staff acknowledged the order, it took about 10 minutes for anyone to actually notify the kitchen to start preparing it. I spoke with an older lady who was very sweet and did her best to get things moving, and I appreciate her efforts. However, it seems like the rest of the employees were just wandering around and not really focused on getting the work done even it was not busy at all.

Went inside and no one would help me. Guy out back smoking at the busiest time in the morning. Just shut it down.
It was everywhere in the box if I could post a picture I would.
We went to this location this morning to grab breakfast before heading to work, and the lady at the drive-thru window told us they had no large cups, but we can get 2 regular cups a piece if we order large, we passed on that. When we pulled up to the window to pay and get our food, we were surprised with what looked like 3 or 4 sleeves of large cups surrounding the register. I looked at my wife and laughed and she saw it too so she laughed. We took our regular cups and food and went to work wandering why the lady told us a tall tale about no large cups.
