The young lady in the window had a terrible attitude for what appeared to be no reason at all! I didn’t like the service she provided so i will refrain from this location, especially for awhile!

This place sucked waited in line for 10 minutes to never get waited on. Never acknowledged me for being there. Very rude staff won't be back

The past two times I have came I have waited over 20 minutes for my food. They were not busy each time. This time I was served burnt borounds each time even after waiting a second time. The manager seemed irritated, but I was polite the entire time although I was very irritated with this terrible presentation of my food.

I stop by yesterday 11/6/24 to get a couple sweet potato pies @4:00. Inconveniently they were closed. Sign said reopen tomorrow. So I stop by today 11/7/24 @3:30 was meet outside by an employee said inside is closed only drive thru. I asked do you all have any sweet potato pies ready. He replied if not we can drop them. I said ok proceed to the drive thru asked for sweet potato pies cashier replied we don’t have any cooked. I asked can you drop 2 for me? She replied we close at 5. I’m like it’s 3:30 and the gentleman said y’all can drop them. She got quiet. Then asked is there anything else I can get for you ….. ummm no!! It should not take an hour to drop 2 pies!! Really….

I applaud the manager who was friendly, professional and courteous but seemed overwhelmed as the restaurant was apparently understaffed. The store needs attention both inside and out concerning cleanliness for a better presentation. It seems Bojangles business model has changed as many stores have an order taker readily available.

Bojangles has the bomb ffs my grandson's can't get enough ?
So . . . this is complicated, but I don't want to downgrade this location. Ordered online. Called because I needed the order delayed an hour. He said he had no online order. He was helpful. He called an hour later to confirm no online order was coming in. So . . . I arrive at the hour, to order in person. But, just in case, shared that I had ordered online. He said, it's all ready. So . . . there my food was, sitting for . . . who knows how long. I was an hour later than the original online order. I will not be ordering online again. Update. To add to it, now I have guilt because apparently the online folks credited the money back to my credit card, but I didn't want free food.

This particular location can’t seem to understand how important it is to have someone on the register at all times every time I go someone has to be told to take the order . It’s crazy when you have to wait on an employee to finish biting their biscuit for them to take your order and lastly it’s mold on the ice dispenser smh

The young lady Bri...y was so moe excited about dulging into her Starbucks order along with her friend doing the happy dance just forgot about the customers at 11;40 27 July 24. I see with a 90.5 rating why Bojangles is going down hill fast.
