I ordered 3 combos plus an extra boround, I received one combo, all 3 of my drinks, and the one combo they gave me, wasn't even any of the combos I ordered. How do you even mix up 3 combos and 3 drinks, with one combo? Really be fr right now. And the combo they did give me, which was a steak combo, don't nobody in my house even eat steak. Do better 😒

They should just shut this location down! It’s really the worse! They promote menu items that they don’t have. Came in twice for the fish sandwich they never have it but promoting it as an option gtfoh! Chicken is hard as hell n dry. The area is nasty and drive thru filthy. Workers just hang outside chillin and smoking, then have an attitude when they serve you. The worse location don’t go here! All bad! Waist of money then they have you waiting for 40 days n 40 nights smh

I just had the worst Bojangles experience ever. This was my second visit to this location, and both times, I had to wait at the ordering menu for at least a minute—despite there being no one else in line. Then, I waited another 10 minutes for my food.
This time, when I finally received my order, the chicken wasn’t fully cooked or fresh. It was lukewarm, soggy, and just plain disturbing. It’s shocking that this place hasn’t been taken over by new management. Absolutely disgusting.

Has to be one of the most sorriest Bojangles. No customers in the store and none in the drive thru and I had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes. Looked like the employees were more concerned about smoking , that's what they were doing when I pulled up. This seems to be what I find at several Bojangles anymore.

Manager was rude and out of the uniform she had on a nasty tobagan and street clothes her pants were sagging. My order is always usually wrong or missing items. The Manager asked me what was wrong with my order then told me no one wants to hear and to shut up while waving her hand at me. I have been ordering chicken at eight at night and was told that they were not going to cook any chicken but close at ten. I will never go back there again. I believe nothing is being done about this manager who often talks disrespectfully to customers because of the location and the company does not care about lack of service

For a quick, economical drive-thru biscuit in W/S, my go to is Bo! (Biscuitville is great, but the line literally wraps around the building, and it's more $)
