Messy operation here. Nice on the outside th.Staff don't care about customers orders, or the time it takes to get the job done with a smile. Won't be back!! Thanks for the free sweet tea tho for the wrong order... didn't get the honey for my biscuits!! :(

The food was very good, but something is definitely wrong here. At 2:30, the food is not prepared and ready to serve.
This is the first location I have seen that the front line of fresh food is not displayed and ready to serve. The cashier was handling the money and food both at the same time without gloves.
Very slow service. The lady in front of me had been waiting for over 15 minutes for her food. I wanted rice, but there was a 20-minute wait time for the rice.

Food is normally pretty good. Very very very slow. Don’t go if you’re in any type of hurry. Never been to the place and got food quickly.

I dont understand how this franchise can be unilaterally bad at every location. I saw the prev review said hit or miss. The only hit is the biscuit and the mashed potatoes, that will be the same every time… everything else is a hope.
If they remember to put it in your order. Like the bbq sauce you have to pay extra for. And doesnt get put in the bag. Every other time.
I dont know how you can make something feel both dry and greasy while also not crispy. It’s miraculous(ly) crap and they call it a bo round.
1. Im gonna guess your fryers are universal, either wrong temp, or temp monitors. Get a new supplier and then teach your teams to use a temp gun to validate temp.
2. Your food sizes at frozen, will drop temp hard at high traffic times. Adjust the oil type hybridize you need a higher temp, higher smoke point.
3. Dont multi task your fryers. This lets them sit and set. You have multiple fryer sets. If you see a spike in food complaints they are mixing your requirements. Fine these franchisees. And offer a reward or certification golden drumstick, something. Teach the public this. We will weed out the trash ones.
And for the love of god fix the sauce sizes. I get it its unique. Nothing in the box holds it. Its uniqueness and quality are lost on the design flaw.
Its an ok BBQ sauce.

I have no clue how this place is still open. Lived in the area my whole life and have never had a decent experience.

Would give a
rating of -1 if I could. They did not care to chop up whole sausage and mix it in with the gravy. Not very pleasant. Would not recommend this location.

I understand now why I always drive by and don’t see this place getting customers, 30 minute wait in the drive thru at 11am on 10/27, that’s crazy, saw a bunch of customers leave the drive thru line which means losing profits as well that could be gain.

I stopped by the Bojangles at Oliver’s Crossing around noon to grab lunch for my daughter, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic. The staff Laila, Aton, and Rachquel were full of energy and super friendly, making the visit enjoyable from start to finish. Even though the food was not for me. I could tell it was fresh from the heat, i could feel it through the box! My daughter texted me as I was leaving, reminding me not to forget the Bo-Berry Biscuit, so I went through the drive-thru. They recognized me immediately, keeping the vibe just as positive as the first time.

Worst bojangles I've ever been to, no line at all, I was the only customer in the store, I stood at the register for almost 20 minutes with the employees looking at me as if they wished I would go away, finally they took my order, I told them it was dine in but they bagged it hoping I would change my mind, gave me a cold cup of coffee and a gravy buiscut with almost no gravy on it, nobody there especially the manager on duty looked or acted like they wanted to be there, and how they handed the food and dealt with customers was a direct reflection of that, having worked in restaurants in my younger years I can honestly say without a doubt that I would have fired every employee there I don't care if it shut the place down until new employees could be hired. Public Safety Announcement, stay away from this cauldron of toxicity.

This location can be very hit-or-miss. The first few times I went here, there was never any food ready and the employees were not cordial. However the next few times I went, the food was hot and ready, and the employees were nice. Try this location if you’re feeling lucky!
