All the men in there had very nasty and rude attitudes... Is it normal to see women with bad attitudes in fast food restaurants but all the men were sassy and did not provide good customers service... There were no napkins for the food and no straw for the drink... And this was on Thursday April the 11th at about 9:00 a.m.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, so most times, I will just not do a review at all. Bojangles used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but here lately, they have just been off for the past few years. My order is rarely ever right anymore, I always have to come back because something was left out of my order. I recently got food there for my family because that's what they wanted, and like usual, something was left out of my order when I got home. I felt bad when I came back because I could see they were short staffed and the manager was young, but he was trying the best he could. I hope they can get back to what they used to be, with the help from a proper staff. I still may give them a try here n there, but small orders only.
Went to the drive thru on 3/3 at 9:40pm and received no service. You’re supposed to be open until 10pm….

What's the point of telling me " welcome to bojangle, how can I help you?" Without helping me? It say open but no one talks. And when I go to the drive thru to figure out why no one is answering back, its because they were playing loud music and none of the employees had the drive thru headset they normally do. Worse place to go. Save yourself time and not go.

I ordered 3 biscuit combos with tea and I literally watch the majority of the staff stand around in confusion like they don’t know how to handle a packed drive thru and the service in the dining area. You have one employee yelling over multiple customers “We don’t have thighs what else do you want?” to get a customers attention. I thought this was not appropriate of the employee and I was honestly shocked he thought that was okay… As I wanted 20 minutes I walked up to the counter and that is when the employees gained the energy to make my meals. When I asked what were they waiting on that prevented them from making my meals they blames it on the drive thru being packed when initially the drive thru was packed when I walked in the restaurant and they were still standing around lost. I did get help from one employee she was very sweet she had purple and red braids I didn’t get her name but she was doing her job and not relaxing…

Last time ordering from this place. One of the staff members was extremely rude rushing me to order just to give me the wrong items. I asked for a 8 piece dark meat dinner. This man gives me all white meat and breast at it. I wasted 30 dollars for something I can't eat. The food was soggy and not even done all the way. This place use to be the spot now that the staff has changed they are acting just like Popeyes.( The ghetto).

one of the few places i can get an egg and cheese biscuit and ask for a side of jelly to put on said biscuit without the employees looking at me like i'm nuts. (yes, i do like jam on my egg and cheese biscuit, but, there biscuits are good without jelly, too :) )

Consistently the absolute worst Bojangles I've ever been to. The only reason I eat here is because there are so few places to choose from in the area. The manager and most of the staff should be fired. I can't understand how this place stays in business.
