If I could have given them a negative star I would. Last week I went through the drive thru and ordered a combo meal with a coffee. I was was running a little late so when I noticed my coffee cooler than usual I hesitated to ask for a warmer cup. The two young ladies working the drive thru was looking at me strangely when I pulled away but didn't think much about it.
