I usually come to this one because it's close to my house but everytime I go, they are always, always out of something. It never fails. I placed an order online one time and when I got there, they didn't have it available. It's just funny how this particular one never has anything. The wait is always long because nothing is ever ready, but if I gotta wait I have no problem as long as my food is hot. But it's just annoying that I have to go to the other side of town if I want Bojangles just so I can get what I want.

Worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. :/ when in town I usually visit the one on University closer to Rural Hall but the first time I ordered from this Bojangles they had an attitude and then sold me food that had clearly been sitting for hours. The sweet potato pie didn’t even have much filling and it took them forever to give me the food when there was no one else in the entire drive through line. When I finally got the food it was inedible and I just threw it away. Went back to this location today and when I asked for things on the menu that they were advertising, such as the Bo seasoning the woman working the front window had an attitude and was very short with me …so I drove off. 🤷🏾♀️ fooled me once shame on you. Fool me twice …🚗🚗 will drive to a different location for better service.

Humans can decipher between a customer that knows what they want versus a customer that is unsure! NO I DO NOT WANT NO BO-BERRY COOKIES! What is Bo-Berry cookies I’m over 40 never had them before.
