Unprofessional go to chic fil an instead . I guarantee you you will get your order taken and not just sitting there . They also have times when they aren’t busy at chic fil a just like this restaurant and you’re guaranteed to get your order taken . The speakers don’t work there or maybe they just bsing around lol 😂 sucks there I’m mad yall need to tighten up! I had faith in Bojangles each time I get let down yall only have one job !

Every employee that I had an interaction with tonight had attitudes that absolutely suck, for lack of better words. Even as my husband greeted an employee in a friendly way, the employee said nothing and shoved our bag in my husbands face. There's obviously a HUGE management issue in this establishment!

waited inside for 20 minutes. multiple people came in and went through the drive thru. the people that ordered behind us ate and left at least three minutes before we ended up saying something about the wait. we were told a five minute wait on bo-rounds which we were fine with, then after ten minutes we were just thought this is ridiculous. and after waiting then asking no sorry no anything from the employee just oh i need the sauces.. and handed us the food. also to ad everytime me or my loved one has been inside this bojangles there is hardly ever any straws or medium size lids, we actually had to ask for our medium size lid this visit.
When having DoorDash orders yall need to have them up asap . Not 25 minutes later . And stop giving people cold ass biscuits.

Went through the drive thru and got my food it was cold my ordered right. So I call in spoke to the manager. He told me to come up here and he will replace it. I get here and he’s asked again what you want me to do it’s not my fault your food was good. Processed to say some bad words. I’ll be calling in the main office.
