Me and my boyfriend went out to eat here last night and had the BEST waitress ever! Her name is Eboni! Highly recommend her, so if you ever go ask for her! She was very kind, professional and tentative. Loved my first ever experience at Bonefish Grill due to the great food and Eboni!!

The food and service are usually great. My husband brought me here for our anniversary and his steak had a lot of fat in it. When he told the wait staff, they had a manager come out to check on us and she insisted that the quality of meat would not have excess fat and then boldly insinuated that we were trying to get our meal for free. I had never been so offended in my life. It was completely uncalled for. We just paid the tab and left. We will not be returning.

customer service was very poor I was very disappointed, food quality was not up to par and when brought it to the servers attention she was not very tactful in handling the situation, very rude response for server and manager, they didn't even try to make the problem right, will not go back there, server should be reprimanded for rudeness as well as manager. Teresa was our server it was my birthday and it was not fun having to deal with this

Always a wonderful place to eat. Bang bang shrimp is always a must and the broiled scallops & shrimp is fantastic. Excellent service and the price is good.

Poor customer service.. the waitress was very dry and didn't know the menu.. sounded like she was ready to get off. The bang bang shrimp was not as good as usual. The batter was unattached to the shrimp and there was minimal sauce. It overall lacked flavor and appeal. I ordered the salmon which was fine, but my broccoli was cold and potatoes tasted like box mashed potatoes. For what we paid, I was not impressed and will not return. Sad because bonefish used to be a treat.

First, I work for a delivery service, I am not the customer I just represent the customer. I got to the restaurant at the time of pickup only to be told they had a screw up and didn't even start making it. Told me it would be another fifteen minutes. One hour later I finally get the meal. Tried talking to the manager only to be shrugged off. Went out of pocket to buy a gift card for the customer since they had to wait so long. The only person that was semi helpful was an elder hostess.

Fish and chips was excellent, fish was flavorful and soft in a crispy batter shell. Risotta was great also. Rolls and olive was great, server was great, prompt, attentive without being overbearing. A great experience overall.
We walked in on Christmas Eve without a reservation and were able to get a table in the bar with not a lot of hassle. We were greeted by someone to take our drink order and told our server would be there in a few minutes. Overall the service and food were good and considering the fact that we were able to be accommodated so well on such a busy night made it a worthwhile experience. I'll definitely go back.

All I can say is ABSOLUTELY wonderful. The atmosphere, the service, (hostess/manager included), perfect food, and everything else was just amazing. Brad, our server was on top of everything at ALL times. We will DEFINITELY be back again and again!!

Stood at hostess stand with my wife for several minutes tonight, with the two host's talking to each other, and they never acknowleged us. Decided to simply go sit and eat at the bar. Wasn't busy tonight. Wondering if they have new management or perhaps they need it. Disappointing service. Food was fine.
