Terrible Food and Experience if you're not "Family". Refused a refund or to remake. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service representative from God knows where, to potentially get a refund from a whole in the wall 2 miles from my house.
And finally, I asked for crispy pepperoni and well done crust, Sicilian pizza. A professional should know Burnt is not Well Done!

Let's get real about Brothers Pizza in Winston Salem. It's not good, folks. I mean, I've had better pizza at a bad chain restaurant. The problem is they're not making their own ingredients from scratch, which is a total fail. I ordered a cheesesteak, a meatball sub, and a slice of pepperoni pizza, and it was a total letdown. The sub rolls were store-bought, which is a shame. If they made their own rolls in-house, they'd be the best pizza joint in the triad area. The cheesesteak was like Steak Ums, not ribeye steak, and the meatballs on the sub were soft and squishy. The pizza sauce wasn't homemade, and the dough was too thick for a slice. I think Brothers Pizza needs to take a road trip to New York or above the Mason-Dixon line to learn how it's done. If they made homemade bread and sauce, they'd be the top dog. This might sound biased coming from a northerner, but trust me, it's the honest truth.

I never review. This was the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever had. I had the pizza slice and garlic bread. The garlic bread was so bad I could not continue to try to eat it. The pizza was horrific. The bread was so chewy I could barely eat it. I was so hungry and the food was so bad I couldn’t finish it. I’m convinced the other positive reviews are paid. Gordon Ramsay needs to check this place out.

I stop here for a few slices of pizza and drink, the establishment is very clean and no one told me to leave when I entered and said to everyone praise Yahwe/God, so with that said I truly like this establishment even though I make my owned pizza at home mostly. Peace and blessings to.all of you.
These guys are friendly good service nice and they are fire wit the cheffing come thru and grab a slice some wings and whatever ur heart desires ????????

I have been to Brothers Pizzeria twice now. Each time the food has been amazing. They are open late on the weekends, so it is a great place to visit in between bar hopping. The central location also makes this place a must visit.
Parking: There are street spots available. However depending on the time/day of your visit will determine if you will have an easy time finding parking. However, the parking garage right across the street has plenty of spots.

Brothers Pizzaria is amazing. Good quality pizza for a fair price, and that tiramisu?!?! To die for, frfr. The other night I tried to get pick up Wendy's and they waited until i got there to tell me that they had no food at all. After freaking out that everything was closed and I couldn't get some dinner, google reminded me Brothers was open. Buffalo chicken pizza, Mac and cheese bites, tiramisu. It was amazing, saved my entire night. Think I'll try a calzone next time :)
