We have been longtime patrons. Not sure what happened but service is terrible. We sat for 20 min in the bar with no acknowledgment by anyone. In more than one occasion. As a regular customer we will never attend this location again and neither will our friends or family. And we will pass the word along. Step it up Bdub Winston.

I come here often because I live close, I love all the employees except one lady who works night & makes u scan the code on the table. She is the only one who does this & has a bad attitude to top it off. She gets the order incorrect and you would think putting it on the app is to help her. I usually don’t complain and have never left a review but both times she has been our waitress others complain as well. Face and attitude is just ugly overall & nothing to do with looks. Other than her I love this place !!

I was rather disappointed. Some of the kitchen staff had called out, I get that I've worked in food; but table service was slow as well despite appearing well staffed, no urgency.The wings were like the scrawny things Domino's has, but dry.Rather than a wing joint that is a sports bar, it seems more of a sports bar that happens to sell wings.I guess I'm sticking with Waldo's and East Coast.

This place has taken a massive nose dive.1. Service is slow and inconsistent. Every time I have been in the last several weeks, I’m told “last bartender quit” and new bartenders are always slightly worse than the old ones ?2. Food is awful now. Wings are very small and overcooked. Way too crunchy. It’s a wing, not a tater tot.3. Last time I was there, I saw multiple tables approaching the bar to ask for drink refills or help finding their server, and not once did I see a manager. I asked for a beer, bartender came back 5 minutes later to ask if I wanted big or small, after telling me they didn’t have anything dark (while I watched them tap a highland porter.) Then after a few more minutes, I got my beer. Then after several more minutes, the female bartender, who was great btw, finally got my food order. Needless to say it was not appetizing. Most tables had minors and there were few tickets on the service printer and I counted 8 total at the bar, with a cocktail server on staff.Hopefully, for the sake of the brand, they will do better, but I won’t be back.

Great visit. Our server made it. No kidding. I wish I had his name- sorry. He had a burger made for my wife that was no longer even on the menu. We went there just for that burger. I haven't had that kind of service since before the pandemic. Thank you, sir!The food was great and hot. We really enjoyed ourselves.

You can’t beat the $10 lunch special of Chicken Fingers, Fries and a drink. The tenders were super crunchy on the outside and juicy and meaty on the inside. The fries were salt and peppered and nice and crisp. I would definitely order these again. Our server was fantastic.

I came here to eat and jayden was my server and the whole time he was playing around with a female coworker he was rude and wasn’t paying attention to his tables and took over a hour for my food to come he is a bad server and never come to refill my drinks if you come eat here I would not sit at his tables I won’t be coming
My “go to place” for years, but I prefer the old location and setup a lot better as this one is too “opened”. It’s louder than other location too. No privacy, no sense of security, and can’t hear the person across from you.
