Well. My experience here started out.Not too good. Once we got our food and i opened my Chicken Sandwich.It was completely Hard. II couldnt squeeze the bread with my fingers! So I took it back inside and the manager was really nice to us, and fixed the problem workout any issues! However I'm just flash it wasn't me messing up on her kitchen! Bc honey she didn't play! Way to be on top of the quality! Thanks!

i was at this location on 12-17-24....at first i did not want to leave a negative review, but i spent 17 minutes in the drive thru and then was direct to pull in the front to get my order...i spent another 13 minutes in the front of the store waiting on my order...then i decided to go in...i spent another 5 minutes waiting on my order...when it finally came out it was totally incorrect....i had to wait another 10 minutes.....i spent a total of 47 minutes at this location....my order was a whopper with cheese no ketchup, onion rings and a lemonade.....not very hard

First time, I went inside and only 5 people waiting, and no one would take my order for 15 minutes, so we left. Last night drive through said wait a minute, so I waited 5 minutes and blowed the horn and they said wait a minute. No, other cars in line and only one customer inside. Please address this matter asap

This place is so disappointing I paid for a family values combo and they gave me a regular whopper a regular milkshake and charge me for the combo the service is awful workers yelling each other and long faces just because I don't like what they give me

This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The cashier was incredibly rude, and after I informed him that I had an online order, he quite literally walked off and didn’t return for seven minutes. Upon returning, he didn’t even acknowledge my presence and went ahead and served multiple customers behind me and left me waiting for 10 additional minutes before I walked out. Being busy is one thing, but being a jerk as a totally different one. I’d recommend literally any other restaurant than this location.
