Its 2:30 in the morning, not a single car is on but mine in a mile radius, burger king is not busy, took them 8 minutes to take my order (bacon cheeseburger and onion rings, thats it) once they finally did, the order was wrong, they tried to give me french fries that have been sitting for over 20 minutes, and when I asked for an oreo milkshake, instead of putting any effort into her job (Lady with blue dreads, extremely rude) told me that they use water for their milkshakes and didnt want to give me that, so instead they MADE me sub it out for a coke. However she failed to inform me about them being out of coke, and took it upon herself to make the choice of diet coke for me. I would never recommend this burger king unless you feel like wasting gas, going back and forth multiple times.

If I could give less than one star, I would. The staff was awful and very rude. They told us they couldnt make us a milkshake because they had no water to put in it (milkshakes dont need water??). Also the lady taking our order did not inform us that their coke machine was out and automatically substituted it for diet coke, we had to come back to the store twice just to get our order fixed.

This Burger King is easily accessible from both East and Westbound US Hwy 158 ( Stratford Road ) and Westbound Interstate 40 by using Hanes Mall Boulevard . I went to this restaurant to eat after finishing up a Doctor's appointment nearby and arrived to find the drive thru line wrapped around the building. So I parked and went inside to eat, took a while to order my food but when it came it was freshly cooked and served hot. The manager was cheerful, courteous and apologetic for my wait time old her I understood with her being short handed and the drive thru being backed up.

Went through the drivethru and ordered 2 normal hamburgers. I received just 2 buns with 2 patties on them and NOTHING ELSE ON IT! I went back through to get it corrected. They did the same damn thing AGAIN!

Came around 10:30 since they’re 24 hours. The girl taking the order was extremely rude. Had to sit for almost 10 minutes before someone even took the order. I asked to use a coupon code and then halfway through giving her my order she cut me off asking for the code while I was still ordering food. She kept cutting me off the entire time I was ordering as well. Will not come back to this location. The name on the receipt was Erin, not sure if that’s her or not. She had blue braids and a bad ass attitude. I work in retail and I know even when the day is bad you can treat customers like human beings. You don’t need to be working in customer service, ever.

I sat in the drive thru twenty minutes on a Tuesday night no cars in drive thru.. no cars.. not one!! in their parking lot....I decided to put my car in reverse and leave then as soon as I did I got greeted. Sooo unprofessional, uncalled for and lazy!! If you don't like your job, there's plenty others to choose.Don't take it out on your hungry customers!!!!!! I won't be back!!! NO I did not order... Who wants food from somebody that doesn't even want to talk? Not me!!!!

The staff was very friendly! The store was neat an orderly when we visited. All of our food was hot and fresh.
Also, they have huge bathrooms(at least for the women’s room), which I think would be helpful for handicapped patrons to know.

I wanted to leave ZERO stars! Me and my family come from Charlotte to just grab a quick bite to eat after A college tour visit, we come through the drive thru and the lady taking our order was beyond impatient. There is no line and no customers inside mind you so i’m not sure what the rush was, and she continues to ask us are we finished with our order after every item we told her. Then another guy is on the mic as well huffing and puffing and very rude when we pull off we can hear him say “damn” while whistling through the mic after the lady gave us our total. My mom was the one driving so they are very lucky I didn’t give them the reaction they were looking for.. I myself work in fast food so I know all the ins and outs especially when it comes to customer service. This burger king is out of line and control. Won’t ever be back:)
