The food was cold and I was given the wrong food, and when I asked for the right order they morning staff was talking shit in the back trying to figure out what I ordered I think there was 2 brain cells working between the 3 of them 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

Worst experience ever I ask for a original chicken sandwich ,all messes up and asked for everything fresh and none of it was made to order I would recommend nobody to go here the staff is rude and does not belong at a fast food chain ,gave me these old fries and dry ass chicken fingers👎🏻👎🏻
If you really desire Burger King it's worth the extra 200 me if you have to drive it trust and believe. The food sucks. And so does the staff along with the manager. I'm actually quite amazed they're still in business.
Worst experience ever. It was so slow you can notice the back up of orders. We waited and a lady with blond tie up hair in a bun said she be with us in a bit we understood that but it took longer than expected when she was about to help us she help someone else who came after us and help him and forgot about us. I asked her nicely that we still waiting and it wasn’t fair that she help someone else who came after and she started having a attitude and talking bad about us and cussing to her co worker saying “ she is waiting too” but the thing is we just wanted to order we was okay waiting but to wait to order is a different thing. The management needs to look into their workers and teaching them to have some manners and respect for people and not to get mad quickly. The customer service is poor need to train workers better with service with communication to customers and each other. ZERO STARS

Sitting in the drive thru pulled up to the first window wasn't clear on what window to pull up to pay so I seen the screen was off while sitting at the second window I received my drinks and continued to wait for my food while hearing one of the staff complaining about another staff member that she's gonna punch out and go home and then after 10 minutes waiting she comes to the window asking what I'm waiting for my food not very good service

Couldn’t fit through drive through they have the door open and I asked if I could just order that way. But the old lady with short hair. Refused all service because the” inside” was closed… how hard is it to just order and have it brought to the door instead of a window. Not like it’s that much harder. The lady needs the extra steps anyway….don’t go here

The worst Burger King meal I have ever had. My French fries was old and cold. I can tell they were old because they were stale. No bacon on my burger that I ordered and paid for. The Dr Pepper was saturated. I would have gave 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend anyone to order from there ever.
Awesome service every time. Plus I love the Addams family collab!
