The app is very hard to use and you can only use 1 rewards at a time. It is difficult to order and the app is not very user friendly. Seems to be more geared to trying to sell you stuff rather than helping the customer

This location only lets 1 car order at a time then cooks the food before taking another order at night so the wait is long. It's no wonder so many of burger kings keep closing down.

I live just down the street from this Burger King on University Parkway, and I’ve seen firsthand how challenging the post-pandemic years have been for restaurants—particularly when it comes to hiring, training, and retaining staff. This location has faced its share of those struggles, yet I want to take a moment to commend the current manager. She has been here for several months now, and on more than one occasion I’ve seen her holding down the store nearly singlehandedly, even in the middle of the night, at what is essentially a 24/7 franchise. Her effort and commitment deserve real recognition.

As for quality, Burger King continues to deliver what has always set it apart: that unmistakable chargrilled flavor. When stacked against competitors like McDonald’s or Wendy’s, the flame-grilled taste really is in a league of its own. I also appreciate Burger King’s unapologetic commitment to what most of us can agree on—that bacon simply belongs on a burger.

That said, the staffing shortages have inevitably impacted the overall customer experience. To be clear, this is not a reflection on the current management team, who are working hard under difficult circumstances. The responsibility, in my view, lies at the district and corporate level. Burger King as a brand has the resources to invest in higher wages, stronger benefits, better training programs, and improved hiring practices. Ultimately, the company’s leadership creates the culture and conditions that determine whether people want to work here.

If those issues are addressed, my ratings would rise significantly, because this location has strong management and the potential to thrive. Until then, I see the gaps as less a local problem and more a corporate responsibility.

The morning manager on duty not only was rude while taking my order and was very sarcastic about how I needed my food made but also put my food in wrong because she was too busy judging how I wanted my food made. And when I came inside to get my replacement I walked into her talking shit about me because at the end of the first time I called her out for being rude and judgmental about my order. It was so sad that the cooks in there were embarrassed about how she was acting and speaking and they were so kind and fixed my food properly but she had an attitude the entire time.

The food is good But the attitude of the person who delivers the food at the drive thru is garbage, he speaks to you rudely and on top of that it took them 1 hour to give me my food, plus it was something simple, a chicken burger With Sprite and chips, something so simple can't take 1 hour, I don't recommend people ordering here.

At what point will this location learn some sort of system. I’ve been in the drive thru for 20 minutes already and the guy in front of me at the window has been sitting here for 5 of it and he still hasn’t even paid. They haven’t went up to the window. Now it’s my turn at the window and all I hear is screaming and laughing while I still have yet to even be acknowledged . Do y’all have a POS system? Is there working equipment? Do you need to hire people??? Do you even know that there’s people literally waiting here at the window??? Whoever owns this establishment needs to figure out what the problem is. There is 0 urgency. When I did get my food they were talking on the headset and still didn’t say a single word to us. NOT A SINGLE WORD was said to us and we had to wait 25 minutes for our “fast” food. What kind of service is this??? Seriously I might as well have went to a vending machine. Its quicker and there isn’t any expected standard for customer service.

We placed an order for 30 burgers to feed the homeless. Service was quick, based on such a large order.
