It is unpleasant to arrive at the restaurant and see how the manager eats french fries I reach my hand without gloves inside the basket and eat them in his mouth without the kindness of attending me, he simply makes me a sign with his hand since his mouth was full of fries making me understand to wait.

I typically go in the mornings. Service is always great, food is always great. This is the best Burger King I've been too. Terry is always there in the mornings and always so nice.

Recently received a gift card so have gone. Couple times in the last week. Food hot and fresh. Team has been great,and one even recognized that I had been earlier in week. Appreciate the attentiveness even though I used drive through.

I have never been to this Burger King before so I looked up reviews before I went. So I’m back to post a raving review! I ordered the impossible, because I’m vegetarian, and a medium fry! The drive thru was a reasonable wait time. The food was fresh. I checked my order in the parking lot it was right and very hot. So I drove home, about 5 minutes away. Got inside. Unwrapped and it was delicious! I almost drove back to get another one and another fry!!! Probably the best Burger King I’ve ever had.

I ordered food for my kids & I at this location and the food definitely wasn’t fresh. More like “ Luke Warm “ fries were cold ever. The Service was good the gentleman working were nice , also the place area was pretty clean. The WORST part about my visit is soon as I walked in I noticed the flies and not one or 2 more like 8 or 9 flies ( hard to dine in with files every where, disgusting) I could also smell smoke ( Tobacco smoke ) idk if the entire staff smokes cigarettes or what but yea. This was my 1st and last time eating here.

Burger king has always been my preference for a great burger over McDonalds and Wendy’s growing up. That flame broiled goodness just can’t be matched. This location on Jonestown rd in Winston Salem is by far my favorite location. The staff there are always so friendly and I feel genuinely are happy to see me. Some mornings I stop there for breakfast. The food is always fresh. The restaurant is always clean. I sometimes sit inside to eat. Every time I have been there it’s so clear that the place is well kept. Tables always clean unlike some other establishments I have been in. I recommend this Burger King location to anyone looking for a good meal at a good price where you will be treated well and appreciated as a customer/guest. They get an A++++++++++

Me and my husband will come out of our way to come to this Burger King. Jesse is awesome, he is always so friendly. Give this man a raise! He definitely deserves it. There is no doubt you have returning customers thanks to this man.

I asked for a fresh whopper with onion rings and this is what I received plus I had to wait with no one else ahead nor behind me...food dry & cold ..don't go late night ...it's nasty!

I had a great and smooth experience with BK jonestown crew, they were very quick with my orders and the food were well presented, Kuddos and good job to Joriel I asked the crew who made my orders since it was well presented and got his name! Till my next order:)

This was my first time back to a Burger King in about 20 years. I have recently become a vegetarian and was super happy to find out I could still have a fast food (impossible) burger. I was majorly surprised when I was greeted by one of the nicest employees ever—Jesse. He took my order with patience and enthusiasm despite my questions. My order came out quickly and all of my modifications were correct. He offered me a crown, which even at my ripe age of 27, made me happy. Jesse rules and I will definitely be back to see him!
