The food is good quality they make their burgers properly and they taste delicious. It’s usually extremely slow. And the building is a tad dilapidated feeling, however I will continue to go here mainly because there’s no other Burger King option in town and the food is good

Got the SpongeBob Meal; everything in it was sooo good! Everything was hot and tasted fresh. Drink tasted like a pina colada. Whopper was good too. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend this location!

Every time I've ordered on the app or on a delivery app for this location, the sauce ordered with it has been forgotten from the order. Its been well over a dozen times now that this has been consistently forgotten.

This is honesty the best Burger King in Winston-Salem. I would like to acknowledge the very kind employee that helped me find the Scooby-Doo character toy on 9/19/2025 tonight. He wears glasses and is very kind. I forgot to ask his name but he is the kindest employee that I’ve met at a Burger King in Winston-Salem. I hope he gets a raise because every other Burger King employee would not help me find the Scooby character with the meal. But he deserves a raise! Thank you kind sir 🥹

Okay, I usually do not post about fast food restaurants. I must say this store is not new by any means but I have to share: THEY HAVE A 100% rating!!! Service at drive thru, have only once in years failed to get my order right. The staff have genuine smiles in their voices. It is so refreshing, thank you to all of the staff there! Pay them well manager/owner, they deserve it!!!

Worst Burger King I’ve ever stopped by. We went yesterday and this one worker was aware that we were wanting to order but he just stood by the drive through window for about 3 minutes until he finally came over to take our orders. Ordered a small fry and a frozen coke but they made us wait forever while he & the other female worker lazily walked around seemingly not doing anything. We finally got tired of waiting and asked how much longer we have to wait but he just mumbled something and didn’t give us a clear answer while the female worker pretended like she wasn’t involved. We decided to just leave without receiving our orders. I don’t understand how it takes more than 20 minutes to prepare a mere 2 item order and then act like we were annoying them by asking how much longer it’s going to take?? I gave back our receipt so can’t submit the online survey without the code. They desperately need a decent supervisor for the Saturday afternoon shift. Went to another Burger King nearby and got our order in literally under a minute.

Pretty much like all the others. I just love the Whopper is all
It is unpleasant to arrive at the restaurant and see how the manager eats french fries I reach my hand without gloves inside the basket and eat them in his mouth without the kindness of attending me, he simply makes me a sign with his hand since his mouth was full of fries making me understand to wait.
I typically go in the mornings. Service is always great, food is always great. This is the best Burger King I've been too. Terry is always there in the mornings and always so nice.

Recently received a gift card so have gone. Couple times in the last week. Food hot and fresh. Team has been great,and one even recognized that I had been earlier in week. Appreciate the attentiveness even though I used drive through.
