We went to the Easter Brunch Buffet. It was OUTSTANDING! The food was incredible- temperature was perfect, tons of choices, all of it fresh, some cut and prepared in front of our eyes. Our server was Vinton and he could not have been better. He even waited until we didn't have food in our mouths to ask questions. The servers acted as a team and we never wanted for anything; they all were bringing things to us to make sure we were happy. The Chef was circling checking on guests, as was the Manager. Everyone had smiles on their faces and it looked like everyone in the restaurant was making multiple trips to the buffet, so I think our satisfaction was mutually shared among the crowd. I'm already dropping hints for my kids to bring me here for the Mother's Day Brunch. I figure it's best to start planting the seed early. If you're reading this, maybe I'll see you there :)

I had the 12oz Bison NY Strip cooked Medium Rare with seasonal veggies and mushrooms. My wife had the 8oz filet and baked sweet potato. I'll I can say is WOW!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Terrible service, inconsiderate staff, and you’d get better food at a Chili’s. At Chili’s they’ll at least come out warm and on time!

An Applebees had better service than this “steakhouse”… I took my family here and it was a disaster. We ordered two bottles of wine and the servers don’t even bother to pour the wine into your glass, simply give it to the person that orders it and walk away, keep in mind this is a “steakhouse.” I also had to remind the server to bring us the bottle we ordered after waiting for what felt like an eternity. We waited over an HOUR for our food (half the plates to came out cold), in the meantime our entire table was dying of heat which we asked multiple times to turn down. My wife is constantly cold and never complains about the heat, which in this restaurant she did. While waiting and dying of heat it was extremely difficult to get the servers attention for a simple glass of water to parch our thirst from the heat (wish I was exaggerating)Once our entrees finally got to the table we were extremely cluttered as they did not even bother to clear our appetizers, keep in mind they had an hour to do so. They never changed the silverware nor the glasses of wine when they brought a different bottle. When we finally got our check, the server had quietly slapped an auto-gratuity of 22% on the bill! Industry standard is 18% for auto-gratuity and you must let the table know. Even after we finished all of our food, the plates from all the previous food were still on the table and were never bothered to be picked up. Would honestly expect better service from an Applebees and not a “steakhouse”. Wish I could give this restaurant 3 stars and at least say the food was good, but half the plates were cold and the warm ones were decent at best. The one thing that was good was the lobster dip, everything else was pretty average, but way too expensive for what the reality is.NOT RECOMMENDED!

Zero communication at the host stand. Had a reservation made 4 days in advanced and arrived 10 min early checked in. The host left the stand and was no where to be found. After 20 min of leaving us in the dust whether we would be sat, he proceeded to come back to say it would be an additional 30 min wait. We asked if we could sit at the bar the answer was no. We weren’t allowed to order any appetizers because the kitchen couldn’t keep up with orders. My parents were coming from out of town for a family dinner and let me tell you the sour taste this restaurant has put in our mouths. Terrible management highly advise giving business elsewhere!

If it's a busy night, don't bother. You know it's bad when we waited 10 minutes with a reservation just to be seated, and waited nearly 2 hours just to be told that the kitchen was really busy. And then told that our waiter put in our order late so people seated after us were able to get their food and we waited literally 2 hours. WE NEVER GOT OUR FOOD. If you don't have the ability to serve a restaurant full of people + a private party of 20 people, then just say so and don't leave people with reservations high and dry!!!

We went to Butcher and Bull for a surprise birthday party for our boss (roughly 20 people) and were able to use their private room. The service, food, atmosphere and the GM (JD) were all amazing! Vinton, the server who was assigned to our group was incredibly attentive, friendly, and kind. All around a fantastic experience!

Totally disappointed. I was staying at the hotel and had a reservation for 7:45pm for 2 and never got seated. It sucked because we were excited to celebrate Wake Forest's win over Duke with other friends who were also staying at the hotel. We had to go somewhere else for dinner.

Made the reservation several days in advance with no issues. Arrived about 10 minutes early and checked in. Hostess said it would be just a second, which was no issue. 20 minutes go by and not one person has checked in with us. Finally after another 15 minutes, the host came and said it would be at least 30 more minutes until we could be seated. In addition to that, the kitchen was so backed up it would've been well over an hour until we could've gotten food. Several others came in after us and had the same experience. We ended up leaving and going to Lasso Gaucho and had a great night. Can't speak on the food, but if it is anything like the service, it would seem that we dodged a bullet. Overall avoid this place at all costs.

The atmosphere is lovely and service is good!! But food was disappointing. One of our party got the chicken parm another the burger- neither finished it and described it at mid at best. They ran out of salmon ( no alternate fish) at 7:00 ion a Saturday night.

We didn't have a meal. We sat down and waited 10 minutes before someone poured us water and walked away, no indication of who was taking our order. Then another 10 minutes for our waiter to come and tell us he saw us but he was busy with a 20 person party in the back room. He said he would get our order with theirs to make it “easier on him”. So we got up and left. Who else the waiter is serving is none of my concern, and I didn't come to pay over $50 a plate to make it my concern. Do not recommend, it's a hotel restaurant.

Very over priced steak, especially when a medium rare comes out medium well.

We had reservations, celebrating my 89 year old mother. We waited at the hostess station for a full 3-5 minutes while the wait staff and bar staff looked at us and ignored that we were standing there. The hostess finally came over and VERY unenthusiastically took us to a table without even saying hello. I felt like we were at a crackle barrel. The food was good, not at all worth the fairly expensive tab. The waitress was lovely. SUPER loud, partly the unfortunate acoustics and mostly a rowdy group that was clearly overserved. All would have been fine for a moderately priced meal, but for these high prices I would expect a more sophisticated and professional environment. Will not be back.

Food was excellent and the service was some of the best we've ever had. Highly recommend the ribeye and the bourbon soaked cobbler! Taylor was a great server and the chef is top notch.
