The servers are to sweet as always, the cooks seem extremely slow and unsure of American cuisine and how to put together a solid hot product to serve customers, the service from the kitchen to table is not to par at all...won't return... unfortunate for such a stunning new build near home

I've never been so disrespected by an owner of an establishment. Had an older gentleman berated my daughter because she was able to get parked before him. owner came and jumped in on the conversation without knowing the rest of the story. i am Paul Harvey and the rest of the story is dont blame other people for your inadequacies. The man had 3 parking places to places to choose. Don't live to make other people miserable. Dont threaten me or my daughter and son. Don't eat at a restaurant where an owner would defend a pedophile verbally abusing a 21 year old lady. It might be okay in your country, but not in the States.

We had a reservation for 12 people last night...7-8-25 for a birthday party. Service was delayed, slow, and overall unacceptable. Food was delayed, overcooked, and missing items. The bill was 240 dollars plus tip which would have been a better tip if it had been a professional experience instead of service off the street. Last visit here.

I came across a recent review that mentioned a “Hispanic” lady cleaning tables. While the author chose to highlight her race, I feel it's important to note that this isn't reflective of my own experiences. Every time I've visited Cagney’s in Midway, the staff—regardless of their background—have been nothing short of courteous, respectful, and incredibly professional. It’s disheartening to see such hard work overlooked. Let's celebrate the dedication and kindness of the team there!

My wife and I came for lunch Friday 13th and we were seated first to left beside cashier, there was Hispanic lady with a white ball cap.She was cleaning tables off ,however the waitress sat us in this booth, this Hispanic lady was leaning over the back of our booth on her phone, I had to lean over just to sit down, she would not move,,her phone was 2 inches from my head, listening to music, typing and messaging ect, How rude could you be, we got up after 5 minutes and moved to another table, she remained on her phone leaning over booth at least 10 more minutes, we will never come back, we told our waitress and asked for management but she acted like she didn't even want to hear about it. I would have fired her on the spot as I work with the public. Great food but she would be written up, if a manager reads this please feel free to message me. Tony and Sheila

Was going to order lunch from here. Heard the food was good. Called with a quick question about food prep (due to food restrictions) and the woman who answered the phone couldn’t even be bothered to find out the answer to my question. She just spoke over me and told me “I have no idea” in the rudest tone imaginable. Majorly disappointed. I can’t imagine treating people that way at my place of employment.

This used to be a good restraunt but...Today we went for lunch and it was disastrous. Initially it wasn't to bad, quick drink order and our foid order was taken soon after. Then we waited 50 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived at the table it was cold. There were five people in our party and the general concensus was their food was cold. The important thing to note we all ordered something different. In addition two of us were missing food. When we went to pay the lady at the register was rude and uncaring. This is the second time we have been and the food was cold. Moving on....
