This used to be a good restraunt but...Today we went for lunch and it was disastrous. Initially it wasn't to bad, quick drink order and our foid order was taken soon after. Then we waited 50 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived at the table it was cold. There were five people in our party and the general concensus was their food was cold. The important thing to note we all ordered something different. In addition two of us were missing food. When we went to pay the lady at the register was rude and uncaring. This is the second time we have been and the food was cold. Moving on....

This is my third attempt trying to eat at this restaurant dating back to the old building. Every time I have attempted to eat here I have waited thirty minutes with no one taking even my drink order. For the third time I left without service I will not be trying again. (Also they were not very busy)

Me and my family eat at Cagney's in midway all the time... I think I eat there everyday... The food is real good... I just wish they delivered...

Not my favorite of the Cagney's locations.
Ordered an omelet and it was all broken up and cooked in a scramble instead if having the ingredients inside as they should have been.

We love Cagney's! This one is convenient to my boyfriend's house and it is good for delivery, take out, and dine-in. The chicken pot pie may be the best i have ever had. The vegetables are delicious. I like to get a pot pie with carrots and green beans. They have a huge menu, but since the pot pie is so good, i usually get that. Their omelettes are good, too. I haven't gotten a bad meal at Cagney's.

The food is great. however, we always get bad luck at this location with terrible service. We were hoping with the new building it would be different. Our waitress was no where to be found the whole time. A key to a good waitress is making sure your drinks are refilled! There’s nothing worse than being at a restaurant and feeling so thirsty! We shouldn’t have to put our cups on the edge of the table hoping you would notice. We shouldn’t even have to ask for refills- it’s just a given provide good service. We were also ready to go and had to wait almost 15 minutes for our receipt (while you proceeded to put someone else’s order in) until finally I got up and asked for it. You walked past us and knew that we were ready to go. We were jealous of the tables beside us who had a great waitress- If we had that waitress then I wouldn’t be taking the time to write this review. We gave it another chance but we will not be back.

I live in the neighborhood Cagneys is apart of now. My wife and I go multiple times a week, and Saturdays are normally for breakfast. Recently they cannot get anything right seemingly, this past Saturday when we called they agreed to credit us for something. However when we called back today just 3 days later no one seemingly knows anything and the person on the phone could not have been ruder instead of handling a 2.99 credit we were offered on Saturday. There are some great waitresses for sure at this place, however the restaraunt itself is being run poorly and its sad to know I cant depend on someone to know the difference in such simple request anymore that I cannot even goto the place so convient to me.

We have been going here for years. Today when we got there no cars were in the parking lot. But they were open. When we walked inside nearly half of the tables hadn’t been cleaned. The waitress said they had three waitress there, but no body was cleaning and no customers were there. I don’t know what happened to this place. But the last time we went there was some dirty tables as well. I hope they get it together.

Nice, clean restaurant. We are always pleased when we eat breakfast here. I highly recommend.
