Normally have a very good experience here. I always order the factory brisket melt and its always amazing. Tonight was different. Not sure if it was an off night but the brisket was burnt and crunchy and dry and there was hardly any cheese or onions. First time I've left there disappointed.

We absolutely love this place. Never had a bad meal or service. The atmosphere is super fun and family friendly. The game room is also great for keeping everyone entertained. Dana took care of our party of 9 tonight and she never let us want for anything. Manager came by and checked on us shortly after we got our food. We got multiple things, 3 meat dinner, 2 meat dinner, cheese fries, chips, brisket burrito, 2 Brisket plates and a kids hot dog and fries. The sides are also great! Everyone loved their food. We were having such a great time I forgot to take pics of the food. Sorry y’all!

Walked in and was greeted by Ember who sat me and my friend right away. She was very kind and made us feel welcome. We had the best server ever in Dana. She was amazing, gave us good recommendations and was so on top of things I did not even have to ask for a refill and the place was booked. Fantastic service with an amazing staff, do yourself a favor and get the wings, they are spectacular!!!
