Non itemized receipt when bill arrives.
Not sure what you’re paying for or even if it’s your bill. Other than that, good food and service was pretty decent. Salad came after meal had arrived and free appetizer wasn’t free.

Ashley has been our server the last two times we have eaten here, and she has yet to disappoint. The food is always amazing! Ashley is more than attentive. Their bread and oil/herb combination is worth the visit alone!

Restaurant wasn’t even full and had a 40 minute wait. Bread was decent. Entree was horrible, like it had sat under the heat lamp forever. It was dry, the shrimp was rubbery and over cooked. Food got dropped off and we never got check on again until the check got brought. By far the worst food and service I have ever had. And they didn’t even bother to resolve the issue or have a manger speak with us.. we paid full price for meals we didn’t eat and didn’t take home. We expressed our concerns and only got a sorry from the waitress. This is by far poor customer service.. if you can’t work the bar and handle your tables as well you shouldn’t be doing both..

Gave Atmosphere 3 stars because Renovations are overdue inside. Bathroom especially. Service was Excellent so 5 stars. Food was good so 5 stars. Overall 4 stars. I was very surprised with my experience there. Staff was just wonderful. Host and management attentive. I went to their 4 course dinner wine tasting event. I do recommend to try this event. Was worth every penny. I will be back.

We walked in hoping for a nice meal, but the experience was off from the start. We waited for a server to come take our drink order, but they never did. While waiting, we decided to look for the sanitation score—and when we found it was a 90, that sealed the deal. The napkins looked dirty, brooms were lying around, and the whole place felt unkempt. We got up and left. For the prices they charge, the atmosphere and cleanliness should be much better.

Let me start out by saying this has to be one of the worst dining in experiences I've ever had in my entire life and I've been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years Done everything from FOH to BOH to management to owning and this is the worst. Got there about 5:50pm we got sat right away well it took our waite 15 minutes to even acknowledge us. So we gave him our drink orders my fiance and I got some drinks from the bar our daughter had a Sprite well then he comes back and takes our food order so she got soup I got salad our soup and salad come out still no drinks from the bar we didn't get our drinks from the bar until after we were done with our soup and salad which was like 15 minutes later. So after he brings us our drinks from the bar right before our food comes out The guy never comes back to our table doesn't come to check on us doesn't come to ask how our food was doesn't come ask us if we would like any more drinks, nothing he never came to check on us. So we finally got our bar drinks like a few minutes before our food came out which took about 45 minutes and we're sitting there eating we finished eating still waiter did not come and check on us did not ask if we wanted anything else to drink and not ask us how our food was or anything. My meal I get every time the chicken Brian did not taste like it normally does and the tomatoes and some of the herbs look like it should have been thrown out 5 days ago It looked awful It did not look appetizing it did not look good and it didn't taste right either. Now I've had the garlic mashed potatoes probably 150 times this was the worst I couldn't even finish mine I barely even ate half of them they were horrible absolutely horrible and I can barely finish my chicken Brian either cuz that was awful. My fiance had chicken parm I wonder how long that chicken parm was sitting in that salamander to melt the cheese because that cheese was so dark and black it look burnt. Her chicken around the edges was so hard she couldn't even eat it. So nonetheless obviously the waiter was so involved with the table behind us that he neglected every other table around him and it's sad cuz these people pay good money pay $100 to come in for a meal last night for this waiter not to even come and check on my table one time and I left him a 20% tip too never again I will never come back to your location with service like that. I mean I understand about being in the weeds and being busy as a server or waiter but never ever have I ever not checked on a table taking two to three seconds of my time to say is everything okay can I get you anything else Hey I'm busy can I get you anything I'll get it to you as soon as possible That's the least he could have done cuz obviously it was me and my fiance she had a prosthetic leg and I was with my 8-year-old daughter maybe he didn't think our tip was going to be good enough but I start at 20% and I can either go up or go down from there depending on how your service is That's okay I'll take my 20% or 25% tip and take it to another Carrabba's where the waiter will be more than happy to wait on us and receive that tip. Because we are easy people to deal with we don't ask for a lot we don't run you to death The only thing we ask is don't let our drinks run out and at least come and check up on us like this waited to failed to do. He was the real tall older gentleman in there with the gray beard but because of that I wont come back. They had a promotional Berry Martini with a holiday ornament for like $11.99 and I got the drink but never the ornament but still got charged that's false advertisement it also said while supplies last if you knew you were out of the supplies why did you let me go ahead with that order so I got ripped off there that's false advertisement making me pay for something I never got I want my money back. And then my fiance she orders a Long Island iced tea they put it in a small glass And it's supposed to go

Took 10 minutes for someone to greet us at our table. I had to remind the 2nd waitress about our drink order which was placed 15 minutes ago. The waitress apologized to us more than 4 times. Took 40 minutes to get our food. Food was overcooked. Chicken very dry. Not worth the 100 dollars. Will not be going back. Overall lunch time was 1 1/2 hours. Took forever to get our check paid. No more than 15 people in the restaurant. WHAT Happened. Use to be a good place. Will NOT be going back

The chicken parm is always overcooked or left under the warmer until it looks burned, and some of the dish can't be eaten because it is black and overcooked around the edges. After waiting for 30 minutes for your meal, you don't feel like waiting for something sent back.
I don't know if it's poor cooking or keeping warm under heat, it's a real disappointment to have a plate set in front of you that is burnt.
