The food is good for the most part, wait times are awful. If you order online, be prepared to wait 10+ minutes after your order time on a light day, upwards of 40+ minutes if they're moderately busy. Do not come here if you're on a tight schedule. Don't even bother showing up until at least 10 minutes past your order time, it won't be ready before that, and likely won't be ready until after that. Then you just have to hope they get your order right.

Food is great, but do not order online for pickup! I’ve ordered from the website to pick up at least 5 times and 4 of those they left selected ingredients off of the bowls. Guess it is my fault for not realizing this after the 2nd time it happened. I will only order in the restaurant now in order to watch everything I ask for to be put in the bowl.

Good food but ever time I order online for pickup or delivery they add almost an hour to what the originally said it would be ready. I’m clearly hangry. I just think it’s ridiculous when I order something that is only supposed to take 45mins it ends up being over 2 HOURS. They need to seriously figure out their staffing issue. I blame the managers. HIRE MORE PEOPLE IF YOU CANT KEEP UP
