So hit and miss. This time was exceptionally disappointing. They had a note on the door that they were out of romaine, falafel and feta cheese. Ok, no problem. But then I get in there, there was 4/6 spreads out of stock, seemingly over half the toppings, and I asked for garlic sauce - but got home and realized there was another dressing on the bowl… I went online to look to see what dressing might be on my bowl and they were out of garlic sauce (and multiple other sauces) so I guess they just decided to put another random sauce on there? I should’ve just said never mind when I realized how much stuff they were actually out of.

One star! This place used to be AMAZING under old management. As far as my experience? No! I went in around 9:30 PM on two separate occasions and the food station was an absolute MESS. Yesterday, I went in and realized there was a hair in my bowl even with this being a “Guest Recovery Bowl”. Last week I picked up an order and mentioned the portion amount was very sub-par even though I paid for extra, the team-mate reopened my bowl and put warm food on top of the cold food … I WILL NOT be returning.

this is one of my favorite spots to eat in Winston-Salem I love a good saffron rice bowl with romaine lettuce. it's always packed here. It seems like so. There is sometimes a wait in line for lunch and dinner pretty much a busier times of the day. I just downloaded the app to get points and maybe a free bowl soon! The staff is friendly haven't tried their drinks yet, but I heard the lavender tea is good.

My experience was perfect! The food was wonderful! There was a super special worker named Haleigh who made the experience even better by making sure my order was the exact way I wanted it and made me feel comfortable with my many food allergies. I will absolutely be back again!
