Horrible service!!

I just got delivery of their buffalo chicken Philly sub. This is one of the best subs I’ve ever had in my life. They were a little slack on the amount of fries, but the sandwich hit home. Good job guys.

Prices are absolutely nuts for what is basically the same cheesesteak you would get at any random diner. For being their speciality, the food is remarkably generic.

Ordered delivery. Missing fries, missing drink, and gave me 2 oreos instead of their actual cookie. Now no one is answering the phone. I want a refund.

I visited the Hanes Mall location. This used to be one my favorite restaurant in the food court. I just threw this food in the trash can. The young man expediting the sandwiches does not ask what you want on your sandwich, nor does he really acknowledge your presence. He placed all the toppings on my sandwich and I'm allergic to tomato and detest pickle. The lettuce being used is browning. I ordered a large combo also. I did not get a large drink or serving of fries. They gave me regular portions of both and called them a large. I doubt I'll ever return.

I wasn't asked what I wanted on my sandwich, no customers seemed to be, so it had everything on there. I ate half a small sandwich, which left a funny taste in my mouth, and then as soon as I stepped outside I threw it all up in a trashcan. I didn't realise while I was eating, cos hungry, but the aftertaste was disgusting, something (maybe the mayo? Or the ranch on my fries?) Was definitely bad. Horrendous experience, will not eat there again, even if they paid me and I certainly won't recommend them to anyone.

Really need to get workers in order. This is my second time personally where my order was wrong. Friend order was wrong too. Missing stuff or not made right. Paid for drinks and didn't get them in my delivery. Dasher was rude too like i was in the wrong asking where are the drinks. So the drivers on top of the workers can't read the receipts I guess on what's clearly stated on paper ??‍♀️

Very delicious Sandwiches

Food is really good, you just don't get enough food for the price. The prices are outrageous to get a little amount of fries when a combo. Don't go here unless you wanna spend a lot of money when you can get cheaper to the place beside it.

Man oh man I've read these comments and there are lies lol the food was great great service The bourbon sub was awesome juicy and the real lemonade with tangerine weeeeew might put you to sleep but the workers was too polite 5 stars for hanes mall in Winston Salem

Not worth the time or money. They were not friendly at all and the amount of food (steak) they put on the sandwich was a joke. My family and I will not be visiting again, I should have look at the reviews first before trying this restaurant. Please take you money elsewhere!
