I visited the Hanes Mall location. This used to be one my favorite restaurant in the food court. I just threw this food in the trash can. The young man expediting the sandwiches does not ask what you want on your sandwich, nor does he really acknowledge your presence. He placed all the toppings on my sandwich and I'm allergic to tomato and detest pickle. The lettuce being used is browning. I ordered a large combo also. I did not get a large drink or serving of fries. They gave me regular portions of both and called them a large. I doubt I'll ever return.

I wasn't asked what I wanted on my sandwich, no customers seemed to be, so it had everything on there. I ate half a small sandwich, which left a funny taste in my mouth, and then as soon as I stepped outside I threw it all up in a trashcan. I didn't realise while I was eating, cos hungry, but the aftertaste was disgusting, something (maybe the mayo? Or the ranch on my fries?) Was definitely bad. Horrendous experience, will not eat there again, even if they paid me and I certainly won't recommend them to anyone.

Really need to get workers in order. This is my second time personally where my order was wrong. Friend order was wrong too. Missing stuff or not made right. Paid for drinks and didn't get them in my delivery. Dasher was rude too like i was in the wrong asking where are the drinks. So the drivers on top of the workers can't read the receipts I guess on what's clearly stated on paper ??♀️

I ordered the everyday special, which was a small cheesesteak and original fries. I was asked what I wanted to drink and I asked if it came with a drink and I was told yes. I ended up getting a "large" sandwich, "large" fries, and large drink. The sandwich bun was huge but the toppings didn't fill it completely and wasn't a good value. The amount of fries I received, which were hiding under the sandwich wrapping paper, was an abysmal amount; you get more in a McDonald's Medium.I didn't pay attention to my total or the order screen and should have; that's on me. I understand upselling is a job requirement for some places, but doing it automatically for customers without their request is borderline fraud.The only good thing about this experience was my sandwich customization was correct and my drink came in a nice, reusable plastic cup.

Food is really good, you just don't get enough food for the price. The prices are outrageous to get a little amount of fries when a combo. Don't go here unless you wanna spend a lot of money when you can get cheaper to the place beside it.

Man oh man I've read these comments and there are lies lol the food was great great service The bourbon sub was awesome juicy and the real lemonade with tangerine weeeeew might put you to sleep but the workers was too polite 5 stars for hanes mall in Winston Salem

Not worth the time or money. They were not friendly at all and the amount of food (steak) they put on the sandwich was a joke. My family and I will not be visiting again, I should have look at the reviews first before trying this restaurant. Please take you money elsewhere!

My wife and I went there recently ordered two Philly cheesesteak, Philly, cheesesteak, chicken, fries, drink. Everything was good and tasty, the cups for the drinks are well made ! I took them him and will re use them!Food was ready fast! The only think is the price is a bit high! Other than that will try it again in future

I Miss Steak Escape! , I mean what happened? This really is an inferior Cheesesteak option.. You’ll have better luck just stopping by Food Lion & grabbing some Steak-umm’s to hook up @ home.
Ordered through Uber eats 45 plus tip.I the customer had to drive back to the location myself. I asked for full refund for there incompetence. Was offered refund for what was wrong and remake what was made wrong. No thanks could not get it right the first time.......

2 different occasions I went and they did not put the seasoning salt on the sandwich. Very disappointed! Also, they don't turn it fast enough so the meat gets burnt.

I ordered a Philly cheese combo with a cheese fry and extra fry’s on the side and all I got was my regular fry’s I called three times and they will not answer so therefore I am truely unsatisfied!!

I will never eat here again. The price I paid for a large sandwich versus what I actually got was an insult. A Philly is not suppose to be skimpy and you can't blame Covid when you charge these types of prices and skimp on the topping too. Close to $30 for two sandwiches and my son and I are still hungry. If you want substance for you hard earned money.......stay away from this chain.
