First time I've been back since they rebuilt and I love the new building but the food wasn't that great today, even though there was a line around the building as usual. My favorite go to Chic Fil A is the one in Kernersville. The chicken strips tasted like they kept them heated, not as crispy fresh and the mac and cheese was not as expected. The new layout is easier for drive through and to get in and out of the parking lot.

Payed for breakfast @10:20 that gave them 10 minutes to make my food and put it on the “mobile pickup” table. All because I didn’t show up by 10:30 (I showed up at 10:32) they canceled my order completely. Pretty poor customer service as one of the workers in the back was probably eating my breaded chicken minis. I will never come back here

Ever since the reopening the service has gone down dramatically. Almost every order I receive is wrong in some regard and I often don’t notice until I arrive home. Also much slower than before

Last night I was served the completely wrong sandwich despite the sticker saying the right thing. The worst part is Chickfila’s app is useless when it comes to reporting issues for your order as it gives no options when I click on Order Issues in my transaction history.

The new layout is easier to get in and out of than before, which is great. Staff is friendly. Food is high quality. When I had a small hiccup with my catering order (an issue with the app more than anything) they were quick to make it right.

Completely fouled up my wife's salad. Totally wrong salad, even though the receipt showed my order was correct. No meat on the salad, no blue cheese, essentially a plain lettuce salad.

The new remodeling is nice. The employees are mostly friendly, the food is good but the service between the drive thru & mobile thru is very slow during the night hours. They slack off during that time, still good food tho depending on who’s cooking :)

The gift cards there have been compromised. I used a new gift card I purchased from that location and it had $.036 on it when I got around to using it. The girl was an idiot and the manager was worse at explaining that ppl use the no. on the back JUST F'N CHARGE MY ASS SO I CAN GO HOME!
