Just wanted to compliment the management of the Hanes Mall Chick fil A. We didn't feel like our food was up to their usual standards; kind of had a funky taste. We told them about our concerns and they listened! They replaced our sandwich and confirmed that yes, the oil was scheduled to be changed. Thanks Chik Fil A!

The food was tasty as usual, but the nuggets have gotten so small while the price has gone up. I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in a while because there just isn't one close to me. It was already one of the more pricey options but I was upset to see it's gotten even more expensive. Then when I received my nuggets (what I always get) I was shocked to see they were even smaller than they have been in the past. Some weren't even an inch but counted as a nugget....

They serve you quickly, the service is excellent and they are very friendly when serving you your food.

Parking: Parking is perfect because it is close to the establishment and if it is raining, no problem, it is there for you. You don't have to walk much.

Kid-friendliness: There is variety, especially for children, and above all they have juices, so you won't have to give your children soda.
