Worst Chick-fil-A in the Winston Salem area. Corporate needs to step in and investigate the owner/operator as well as the leadership team and their decisions because the store continues to go downhill. Employees are rude and slow, food is never right. Service was getting better about a year ago and when they first reopened with several positive visits, but recently it’s back to being a poorly run Chick-fil-A like it was in the years before. I’ll continue to visit Clemmons instead.

This used to be the best Chick-fil-A in Winston Salem but not any more. Every time I've come recently, tables have not only not been wiped, they are almost filthy. I know people get busy and may be short staffed but today I got an attitude from one of their employees for simply asking for more dressing for the salad. The quality of their breakfast particularly the hash browns leaves something to be desired. Conversely, the Chick-fil-A in Clemmons has hash browns out of this world. The Chick-fil-As at Peters Creek and Knollwood have far surpassed the Chick-fil-A at peace haven. Carrie Ingram is the top person here. She is a sharp lady and I hope she will whip this place back into shape. It would be nice to not hear a bunch of excuses, but see some different results.
The app counts a combo as one item. I order a drink& fries and that's one item. I saw 2 items in my order so I thought I was fine. I got 2 drinks and 2 fries. The employee said the phrase that just drives me nuts..."sorry for the inconvenience".;
Very unprofessional Ellie and the other shift leader thought it was funny that we got the wrong order and the two young boys here couldn’t eat any of it! They were very unprofessional and threw it off on the door dash drivers saying maybe they stole it! We eat and order there a lot but never again! Jan 31st 2025!
