Second time I’ve visited this location and received bad service and mediocre product. Last week I came through the drive thru ordered and received cold fries. When I asked for fresh fries I was met with argumentative staff that insisted fries just came up…I didn’t get new fries. Yesterday I ordered a parfait and nuggets. Nuggets were cold…or had been sitting since breakfast and my parfait tasted sour. I returned the items. A refund was giving..,no apologies, no offer to fix the issue. I absolutely love chick fil a I will not be back to this location

The food came fast, and I got all of my condiments I asked for. My daughter and I decided to dine in. The gentleman that was working the floor was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. He kept everything clean and wiped tables as people left. I highly recommend them

I ordered the chicken deluxe with pepper jack cheese it was wonderful service was great very friendly front counter and the gentleman that maintains the dining room the cleanliness was awesome and he gave a mint to me and also refilled my drink great place to go first time trying it will go again

Out of the last 5 times I've been to this location they've gotten our order wrong. The women working the drive thru window kept getting everyone's order wrong and I could hear them discussing how they didn't know who got what order despite the name & car type & color being printed on the receipts.

The last time they got our order wrong & I went inside to get it corrected, this situation happened often enough that the lady at the counter greeted every customer without a "hello", or "how can I help you", but with "What's wrong?". This place has fallen apart in terms of service.

My family and I stopped here later this evening (08/30/2024) while on a trip. We were traveling with two toddlers, whom were very ready and excited to get out of the car. We went in, waited in line, ordered our food. While waiting for our food, my toddler noticed a table mat that she always sticks on the table for her food, it was actually placed over a trash bin to keep customers from using that trash. My 2 year old knows what they are actually used for, they are place mats for children’s food, we use them all the time at different chick fil a locations. My two year old went to grab the place mat that was taped at the top of the trash bin and an older chick fil a employee working in the dining room yelled at her from across the restaurant telling her to “STOP! DON’T DO THAT!!”. She publicly embarrassed my two year old. My mom was attending my child at this time but also had my other child, while I was ordering. The same chick fil a employee then came behind the counter while I was ordering and spoke to the employee taking my order, rolling her eyes and shaking her head while talking about my two year old “tearing her stuff up.” The whole situation made me upset. I understand we all have bad days, it was later in the evening/night, this employee was probably ready to go home. What harm was my child really doing by getting a place mat for her food, she was unaware the mat was taped there to keep people from using that trash. This employee could have easily just replaced that one with another one.

I stopped at this chick fila location during breakfast hours while driving back home from Myrtle Beach and ordered chicken nuggets. Upon ordering my food I was given a receipt with a survey offering a free chicken sandwich upon completing. Once I made it home and completed the survey, I've had entered my email address so that the free chicken sandwich offer would be sent there "within 24 hours" however that never happened. I called corporate twice prior to this review but both times I was told I had to wait for an email correspondence from the "digital team" So before the end of the 2nd call, I've asked the supervisor Rick when is the turnaround time for a response, but he didn't know... I spend too much money at chick fila to be treated like a 3rd class citizen....

I shouldn’t have to drive back and get out of my car to get napkins and straws and a spoon for my drinks. Then when I asked for them inside they told me to get them myself! What a joke. All this after being told they’ve never done discounts fired military or veterans! Insane they have such a high rating on Google.
