Chili's Grill & Bar

Two weeks ago we visited this Chili's. My wife's burger was made incorrectly and had to be made again. During the meal the manager stopped by and asked how the meal was. I told him about the wrong preparation and encouraged him to work to fix it so it didn't happen again. We visited again today, and the same thing happened with the burger. This time I asked to talk to the same manager, and I proceeded to tell him the same problem happened with my wife's burger. After a short discussion about the issue, he told me to not come back. He clearly doesn't understand that the performance standard for quality is zero defects. If he managed a bank, it would be okay to get the wrong amounts in the wrong accounts. If he managed a maternity ward, babies would get dropped.

Mr. or Ms. owner, I'm calling your first bluff. Last week after I posted this public review, I immediately provided the exact same review at chilis.com, and I included my name, address, phone, and email. The next day you chose to reply publicly with a seemingly caring and concerned attitude, yet you haven't reached out privately to me to further look into this. I'm interested in your next move, since your first political maneuver was deceitful.

Went to lunch with my daughter because she oulwanted to eat here. The server was nice but she mentioned how she didn't like the system or whatever they use to order. Okay no problem.. she takes our order and as we sit and wait and wait and wait.... Atleast 30 minutes if not more go by and there's no food. We ordered a burger and a quesadilla. Shouldn't had took that long. So a few minutes later the waitress comes and says the order didn't go through, was explaining about the tablet they use. Ok fine, I just asked for it to go because I'm already frustrated. Get the food to go then I sat and waited for my check because it wouldn't let me pay at the table. My burger was good though but I'm mad I basically wasted an hour of my day here. And had to take my food with me.

NEVER GOING BACK

Wait to be seated was around 20 mins

I was with my 15 YO daughter, we did not order appetizers as we were hungry and knew what we wanted. The waitress took our orders and disappeared, can back with our drinks and we never saw her again, after a long wait, I asked if we could have some chips as the wait was long, those came pretty quickly and she disappeared again. Time went by and by the time I was about to ask my order was cancelled, the server arrived with our lunches. I was no hungry anymore, asked for 2 boxes and left.

I am never visiting again.

Stopped and ordered take out. I've never ordered take out here before but it was super easy and enjoyable! The staff were so friendly and my order was done well! I wasn't sure if I'd get the same service doing take out but It was as good if not better!

The food was SUPER good!!! It took a bit to get out to us but it was excellent! I'd much rather wait a bit and have great food than to get it quickly and it be crappy.
The staff was great! They really made a good effort. We will definitely be going back!
The wings and fajitas were excellent!!!

We came In the other day for the first time and Brad was our bartender and server. He made us feel welcome and explained the menu to us and answered all our questions without hesitation he knows his stuff. He made us laugh even our toddler which is hard to too. He has a great personality and makes amazing drinks. He had a table next to us that had issues out of his control but he ended up having them happy and laughing. Food was good loved the triple dipper! Definitely don’t let the triple dippers or Brad go anywhere! See you again soon!

Terrible location. Waited 2 hours for food on Valentine’s Day for it to just be nasty and cold. Called for a refund but was told I couldn’t get a refund I would have to accept a gift card. Been waiting 2 weeks for said gift card . Everytime I try to call and ask about it the take out person just puts me on hold and then leaves it there till the phone hangs up on me. I called first thing when they opened and 2 more times and you’re telling me a manager hasn’t been avaliable all day ?

This has to be the WORST experience we have ever had with Chilis from the hostess to the kitchen! :50 wait at 17:30 on a Saturday night, more people waiting to get a table than actually sitting down and eating. Decided to order takeout instead of waiting and that just added to the disappointment. I have pictures of the food we received and mind you I would not serve it to anyone. I really hope someone reaches out to me from corporate for the rest of the story since the local restaurant couldn’t care less! Very disappointed. Store Manager, front end manager, and kitchen manager needs to get it together.

Ashley was very lazy and rude to us. She would never bring us our food or refill the drink. We had to get another waiter to take care of us. Our food wasn’t even cooked all the way so they had to take it back. We waited an hour and 10 minutes just for the appetizer. Total waste of time

I had the pleasure of eating at Chili’s on Stratford in NC. They were very short staff, however the manager Stevie found calm in their chaos. The staff continued to do their jobs with a smile on their faces not one person had an attitude they worked together and made things happen I was very impressed. My waitress Stephanie was amazing and handled herself well under those circumstances. This is how you work together!

Wasn't waited on for 20 minutes after we sat. Food came out before drinks! Part of order was missing. When I asked to have it replaced, the server left a menu (because she didn't know what the sides were to tell me) never came back. Asked for the bill, the missing item was on the check. I asked to have it removed as I never received it, and server had already forgotten about it and had to ask what order I wanted removed 🤦‍♀️ It just wasn't worth it. Especially for $80.

First off, our waitress was very nice and apologize for bad experience.
Finally getting seated, table seated 10 minutes after us, we're waited on almost immediately and we were not even acknowledged.
Waited about 20 minutes after the table beside us, and fewer of us, to get our food. My order was incorrect and manager took it back herself. Another 20 minutes passed and still no food. Finally told waitress to cancel my order. Manger came to table, same one that I complained too and was going to correct the order, and said she would check. No thanks, after 2 hours of waiting for food, and nothing, I was done. Paid the check, had to pay full price no apologies, no discounts, nothing...

Great Service and Great Food. They were busy and had a small wait, but the greeters were up front and polite. We sat as expected and the Server, Sami, was great. She greeted us promptly, smiled, was patient, answered all the questions, checked if our orders were correct and was prompt about refills, napkins, etc. The Manager, Stevie, was also great she was smiling the whole time, whirling around the restaurant, checking on each table, helping deliver, helping clear, refills, etc. Food came out hot, correct and tasted well. It was a pleasant visit for sure. Looking forward to going back.
