Burger came out very pink, Cajun chicken pasta came out dry, server had 7 tables by herself but kept our drinks refilled. Should have left when we noticed the 94.5 rating

Our waitress was fast and super nice.
She was attending the bar side and also some tables .
She did with nice actitud even do we see she had alot of work.

We just had the best experience at Chilis at Hanes Mill! Leah waited on us and the food was fast, hot and the service friendly and thoughtful! Chains don’t always get it right but today was a 10 star experience. Great job to staff and the manager!

We were hesitant to eat here given the relatively low ratings, but the kids were insistent, so we went. It was fine. The server, Sara(h) was excellent — friendly and attentive in just the right amount. The tortilla chips were undercooked, but that’s the only negative part of the review. The rest was cooked perfectly and was brought out surprisingly fast. The kids were satisfied and if you’re a parent, you understand how that alone can improve the overall dining experience.

Alissa our server was absolutely wonderful! She was sweet and professional. The hostess was very nice as well. The chips and salsa was fresh and delicious as was the burgers.

It's hard to rate the waitress because you never know how many tables they have to tend to. We were there about 8:30 on a Friday night and it was not real busy. She was very kind and helpful but she only checked on us when it was time for the check. Never offered any refills on drinks or anything.

Sent my steak back because it was raw. Came back rare. My wife's salad was inedible. The waitress was nice and took the steak off my bill. When home hungry.

Paid $17 for and entree salad that had very little chicken in it and was missing the guacamole. Not worth $7. Picked up take out and didn't know there were missing items until I got home. Second time in recent months they have messed up my takeout order.

An incredible place with great service. Particularly one of your employees “Ethan”, Amazing dude! He was the nicest and sweetest person, very hardworking guy. Definitely deserves a raise.
