Chili's Grill & Bar

I came into your restaurant today about 5 p.m. , I had on a Grey and Black Raiders Hat and a brown Levi's jacket and faded Levi's jeans and I went to the bathroom and then I cam back to the door, Where I waited like 20 minutes to be seated and no one acknowledged me and finally a woman peeked out from the kitchen , looked at me , Rolled her eyes and went back to the kitchen and I walked out and went to Chik FIL A next door where they gladly waited on me and took my money and I had my dinner, I am not homeless and I just hat gotten off from work at Lowes Home Improvement, Where I have been An Employee for three years now, I have to walk as of now because I am paying for new furniture and with my rent , I can't afford a car right now but you do not have to worry because I will never be back to your restaurant and will tell people at my job not to go there to eat because this is how they will treat you.

Don't order the beef nachos! They are deep fried tortilla chips with NO BEEF INSIDE! I'M PISSED!

Had a great time, it was my son and grandson birthday that's where he wanted to go, so we went anything for the babies

Person who picked up phone just didn’t want to attend me and asked her about the menu and she didn’t know anything her service wasn’t good

Waited 45 minutes and never got my food!!!!

This is the best Chilis location i’ve ever been to! Great service from our server Lisa, and everything came out quickly and delicious. Awesome hosts, servers, and kitchen staff. Not my first time at this location, and it will certainly not be my last.

I came back here because the customer service was fantastic on Friday, but unfortunately, my visit today was disappointing. I was greeted poorly, as if the staff didn’t want to be at work, and the level of customer service was lacking. The employee was rude and unhelpful when giving directions. My friend overheard my negative encounter at the bar before I ordered my takeout, but I decided to place my order anyway. I ordered chicken crisps, but they were undercooked, so I ended up throwing them away. I should’ve listened to my instincts and gone elsewhere from the start.

Food, HORRIBLE. Had to send my wife and I Food back due to it being cold we had to wait for them to remake. Our server was nice and apologetic for our Food. I will never eat there again or recommend anyone to eat there

Cold soup! And I mean cold. Waited an hour to get our food. Everyone around us was having the same experience. When we got our soup again, it was warm but they said they had no more soup. They said the warmer was messed up. Please tell your customers that before they order. There needs to be more communication from management to staff. The waitresses act like they don’t want to be there, mumbling to where you can hardly understand what they are saying. We smelled marijuana on one server. We used to love it here. This is the 2nd bad experience we have had here in 3 weeks. The food wasn’t bad, but the potatoes had been sitting a while. The steak was cooked right but was barely warm. We probably won’t be back.

Waitress was horrible she didn’t order food as we asked and it wasn’t cooked the way we requested when I reminded her that I had added cheese fries to my order for $3.49 extra and she didn’t place that order and admitted to me that it was her mistake but told me that if I still wanted them it was gonna cost $6.99 now I don’t think that’s fair or right! I m very upset set with the service and the food not to mention that the cost of dinner was outrageous when compared to quantity and quality of the meal.

There was some sort of emergency with the to-go workers at this location today. Nevertheless, "J" the on duty manager step right in to assist me and the others in line. He cleared the entire line, including me with no hesitation. Not only is the food great the service/"J" is as well. HURRY BY!
