Chilly-Philly Original Philadelphia Water Ice

I loved being able to get a taste of home while I was in Winston for work! Chilly Philly has flavor packed water ices that are a perfect frozen treat. I got blueberry, lemon, and cherry and all the flavors were spot on. The little pretzel was a nice touch too. I only wish they had soft pretzels when I was there. You can mix and match water ice and ice cream flavors up to large sampler options and really get a taste for all of them.They were very busy the day I went since it was national ice cream day (but why would I get ice cream when I can get a water ice?) but the line moved quickly and everyone behind the counter was pleasant. There's seating available indoors and outdoors.

Amazing experience! Customer service was top notch and we were able to sample two flavors. I decided to get 1 scoop of rainbow and 1 scoop of pineapple and it was divine! Will definitely be returning for more.

Their flavors rotate every so often, and their flavors are also dependent on the season as well! You won't find better tasting water ice than here at Chilly Philly in Winston-Salem!

This was AMAZING! Super refreshing and affordable. My husband and I both got the 3 scoop option and it came out to be 8$. The lady was very helpful and nice, she let us try 2 samples.

I loved it here. The owners were super nice. Everything was explained to me so I felt comfortable with my choices and the water ice is so delicious! Definitely recommend checking this out and I'll be coming back often.

As a former South Jersey girl, It was wonderful to be in a place where people didn't look at me funny when I called Italian Ice 'water ice.'????I had been meaning to get here for quite some time and I'm so glad yesterday was the day! Chilly Philly was celebrating their second anniversary and I got to meet the proprietors, who were just as sweet as the yummy treats they were serving up. Very reasonably priced, and even in the few minutes I was there I could see a whole bunch of regulars streaming in - when people keep coming back to a place, you know it's good! I got cherry and lemon, a small, and I liked the cherry more than the lemon but both were very nice, as was the pretzel stick garnish.With the weather warming up, we could all use a place with authentic taste, great prices, and an atmosphere that's genuinely welcoming - How awesome that we have one right in our own backyard! Chilly Philly is definitely going on my Summer roster of places to beat the heat.

A 100% purely delightful experience! Everyone there was so incredibly nice, kind, and helpful. The Philly Ice was delicious and refreshing (my personal favorite is the Pineapple ????????)With so many flavors and other options we'll definitely be back again soon!
