I visit them on 1/7/24 and oder the vegetables lo mein the vegetables were hard and cold the chicken half cook i wouldnot be getting anymore food there anymore terrible food period!!!!

I ordered a door dash from here most everything was wrong and my dasher autumm wouldn’t give me my receipt or try and fix it for me so I had to take my order up to this store…. They were very pleasant in here and fixed my whole order for me! I will come back just won’t door dash from autumm ever again!

The house special fried rice sucks, I will not be going back there. I gotta take out I should have taken it back!! I should have went to the Great Wall Chinese on Academy Street like I started toTHE GREAT WALL CHINESE RESTAURANT the Best Fried Rice in Winston!!!

Menu prices and DoorDash prices don't match. I called the store and asked for clairity and was told they don't go by the menu. Then told to look on DoorDash for prices. The person failed to try to understand what I was saying. Unprofessional.

I'm in town visiting our daughter and her family and we decide we want to order out. Chinese cuisine was our pick so we called this establishment. I explained I wanted 3 of the same things (bbq spare rib tips) but with different side orders i.e., rice vs. steamed vegetables. The person on the other end of the phone put me on hold then came back and didn't understand what I meant. I broke down the entire scenario of how there were three people wanting the same meat but different sides. He put me on hold for the second time (too long) and then hung up on me. Never again will I come to town and order from there just for proximity purposes.

My first time eating here and I was not pleased. I order sesame chicken lunch special. One order of crab Rangoon. A fried chicken wings and French fries plate. I will say the wing plate was good but the sesame chicken was terrible one Chiron fried super hard and tasted old. Then the Sesame sauce was so sweet it was ridiculous you could see the sugar crystals on the chicken. The crab Rangoon was fried to hard and not enough filling in the shells. I Wont return again.
