The food was absolutely disgusting. It tasted a little bit burnt, and it tasted like it was just not made properly and the beef was inedible. It was chewy and I couldn’t even chew through it and was spitting it out. The broccoli was OK, but it was mixed into the sauce that was kind of burnt tasting so it wasn’t that good. The restaurant was filthy. Honestly I ate more of this than I probably should have and I’m gonna regret it later.

I had 2 ordered of chicken wings, they only put 3 pieces of wings in each order and when I told the lady, about that she was disrespectful and yelling and being rude to me and calling me a liar. I never ever go back to this place again. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I had a great experience stopping here for lunch today. They have seating, so we decided to eat inside. We were greeted with a smile and served fast & we had our orders served to us at the table. She provided us with the spoons, forks, napkins & sauces. The lunch special was $8.95 each pus tax & The portion size was great. The sweet & sour chicken was great and great flavor. The chicken lo mien was excellent & loved the flavor & the pork fried rice was soo good. She was so kind & the service was great & Great food.

The owner was very disrespectful and aggressive in her interaction with me. I asked her to add soy sauce to the fried rice I ordered. Her response was very negative and aggressive (almost shouting). After spending more than $34 for lunch for my family I was too upset to even eat. I should've cancelled my order. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Been ordering from this restaurant for two years never had any issues, never returned anything, until today ... Ordered vegetable noodles and kung pow chicken... The noodles were very salty, and the kung pow chicken was not spicy, chicken was not crispy and there was no sauce.. understandable, everyone has an off day.... The issue was their behavior and inability to be tactful... I returned the food and the two people I spoke to that work there made a scene in front of a restaurant full of customers being loud and drawing attention to the situation... very classless and unprofessional. Disappointing.

Update: I paid $18.46 in cash, but then get a text from them saying they cancelled my order because my card got declined... When I called to ask why that was done the man I spoke to said the manager did it . I will not be buying food from this place again. Add lying to the list of their lack of professionalism.

The food is really good, but the cashiers are super rude! The guy laughed at me for not being able to pronounce the name of the combination. Next time I’d rather order on the phone. I do recommend the food though.

To me, the food is on point. I have been a die-hard fan of Jade Garden. But it seems like every time you go there, the prices have changed. You can't get a menu to take home etc. So I finally found a replacement. Good Buy Jade Garden its been a pleasure.
