I placed a catering order online 24 hours ahead of time. The order was for 10 people so not a huge order. When my husband arrived at my confirmed time for pickup he was told that they had not started on my order and it would take an hour minimum to complete my order if I still wanted it. As this was for a birthday celebration and I had 10 people waiting on food of course I still wanted it. Meanwhile...they had PLENTY of ingredients on their line but said they could not fill my order with that food. My only option was to order another 10 bowls and pay AGAIN! The closing manager was beyond rude and the food prep area was nasty while the workers stood around in the back chatting. ( he has photos that am not going to add here). When I called the catering help line the next day they tried to call the store but couldn't get an answer so now I have to wait 24-48 hrs. to find out if they will refund the money for my catering order I did not receive. Save yourself a lot of stress and do not place a catering order from here.

No Cheese, they didn't have any cheese. Then the restaurant was a mess and the drink bar looked like a tornado came through. There were no napkins. Ice was stacked up so high like a mountain it was blocking you from filling drinks and falling into floor and instead of putting the lids in the holder, they threw the sleeve of lids on the counter, so you hand to put your hand into the plastic bag to get a lid out. Normally Chipotle is top notch but this one was hurting today.

I don’t really leave bad reviews but this place was horrible. The portions are worse than the food, I got a burrito with my brother and we both got 80% rice, not to mention they were out on everything! And whenever we got chicken he gave us half. Half of a spoon. And for rice he gave us three. And not to mention who taught him how to fold burritos cause I was speechless. Never going back again…

Advertised online and on the door as opening at 10:45 am, arrive at 10:46 doors locked. Staff members behind line watched and seated in dining area as I waited 5 mins outdoors in cold. Still wasn’t opening so walked over to Jimmy John’s as I was pressed for time on lunch break.
Was there yesterday, and had a heavy set white lady preparing our food. My kids and I were the only ppl in line, yet we were rushed as if there was a long line behind us! Very unfriendly, chaotic, and unprepared! The cashier was the complete opposite, attentive, smiling and ready to help with whatever was needed! I regret not getting their names! Kudos to the cashier, and maybe it is time for the lady serving on the line to find something she's passionate about it!

Was just there yesterday and the cashier named Paris stuffed all my food and dressings into one bag instead of placing it into separate bags.. the bag ended up ripping apart and the vinaigrette ended up opening and spilling all over and over the chips and tortilla &&& my car and work shoes .. mind you I had got 2 bowls w 2 tortillas chips and 4 vinaigrettes I don’t understand why she couldn’t bag them separately and also yall need to hire workers that don’t look miserable and have an attitude all the time and get better at serving portions smh ‘!! Have a chat with your team for real it’s highly upsetting and unprofessional

So much cross contamination. They have the beans below the meat so every time they scoop the meat they drop it over the beans. They have cheese all over including in the guacamole. Lettuce is at the end so they touch the cheese first then use the same hand for the lettuce. Workers don't seem to care at all.

On Friday night at 9pm (closing at 11), the place was not very busy. They were out of steak, veggies, brisket, beef, pico de gallo, corn salsa, lettuce, and chips. Staff was nice enough under the circumstances, but the atmosphere was dull and dining area was dirty. That was my 13yo son's first visit to Chipotle.
