Was there earlier tonight and had the worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle ever. Every single table was dirty, all of the trash cans were overflowing and no napkins or utensils. “Oh it must have been a rush!” No. We were the only ones in there at first. Then after the staff took our order with attitude I can only describe as pissed to be there, people came in. The staff did not help them, instead the line and cashier were just chatting it up! The cashier was just eating a bowl of beans! Honestly I was flabbergasted

Never posted a review ever, but this place was disgusting and felt I needed to warn others. No line no one to serve you, just employees staring from the back room hanging out. Almost left after 7 or so minutes but someone finally took my order looking annoyed . Most of the toppings were empty so I asked can they be refreshed and she said no. So I asked again confused and she said I can check but didn’t move and stared at me as if I was asking her to just do her job. Finally she reluctantly made it to the fridge and pulled out some cheese corn and beans.

The restaurant had trash on the floor, dirty rags lying around and people hiding in the back.

I guess the owner gave up months ago from what the reviews are for this place .

I was ignorant to believe all Chipotle have some level of high standards. I tossed the food in the trash later thinking it’s not worth getting sick.

The saddest little scoop of chicken I’ve ever seen. It’s sad that there’s no consistency from one location to another. This one will definitely skimp you out of the protein. Barberitos isn’t far away and never has this issue.

The food was decent and had a good flavor, but one of the staff members was very rude and honestly it doesn’t even make me want to go back to this location. I asked for 2 chicken bowls and she proceeded to tell me they were out of chicken. I said like out of stock or like waiting to cook because I didn’t mind going back to my car and waiting. She proceeded to tell me the cook just threw it on the grill and I asked what was the time estimate was for the cook time. She proceeded to look at me like I was stupid and said “do you want me to ask?” But it was in a very rude tone and I said “yes, could you please ask” and I expressed that I didn’t mind waiting. And she proceeded to go “well he just put it on” and then the cook proceeded to pull out chicken that was already pre cooked and cut. The other two employees were great, but this one employee either needs to leave her job if she isn’t happy or learn how to be respectful!

I am shocked every time I go in there how dirty it is! I don’t know why I keep going back. The food‘s OK, it’s unique. But even the glass above the food containers was filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a week. The floors are always trashed. The tables are never clean. It’s just shocking! I never eat there. I’d rather eat in my car.

Chipotle is like Chick-fil-A... it went from good to worst. They made a buck or two and decided to lessen the quality at every restaurant. Its just not the spot to vist for quick food that isnt fast food. Its become just as bad everywhere. Well on to thw next one until they fall off bc they got a little money.

Bathrooms were locked so we couldn’t use them. Waited in line for 15 mins just to be told there was no more rice for 45 mins.

Was not clean at all . The food counters were dirty were they were serving food, floors were very sticky and tables was not clean. The drink machines tasted weird and appeared to have malfunctions .

Came in 2.5 hours before they closed at 11, and they were literally out of EVERYTHING. No white rice, no steak, no carne asada, no corn, no cheese. The lady that started my order was SO rude, she kept walking away and rolling her eyes/slamming stuff and sighing while I was trying to order. Took my husband and I like 20 minutes to order a burrito and bowl. To top it off there was no lids, silverware, napkins OR straws by the drink station. We asked for a lid and straw for our drink and were greeted with another sigh and sarcastic “I guess”. The trash was overflowing onto the ground, trash and food just everywhere. Disgusting, honestly. I will not be back to this location. Never have I had such a bad experience at a restaurant.
