Despite the signage stating “Now Open Later”, do not go to this location after 9PM. The staff purposefully does not restock ingredients so they can begin breakdown and cleaning early. I have had this happen multiple times when arriving after 9PM.

The latest example. On 08/07/2025, my girlfriend and I arrived at 10PM and were told that they were out of white rice, queso, lettuce, steak and chicken. While being told they were out of chicken, a worker in the back was also wrapping and storing a pan full of cooked chicken in the refrigerator.

Of course, we left. But, had we stayed and ordered say a burrito with carnitas or barbacoa, I also wondered what we would have been able to put on it since the section containing salsa, sour cream, cheese and so on, was emptied. Completely empty. Not just out or maybe just a spoonful or two left, no, I mean the section had been emptied and cleaned already.

If this was a one off, I could understand. But, this happens frequently. As a frequent visitor to The Grand Theatre just up the road, many times I find myself wanting Chipotle, but knowing it’s 2 - 2 1/2 hours before closing, I know it’s a waste of time. And my last visit confirmed it.

This is pitiful. This is pitiful on the part of the staff. This is pitiful on the part of the manager of this location. And most of all this is pitiful on the part of Chipotle. Smaller portions and higher prices were already a big factor in not choosing Chipotle, poor staff and refusal to have food available during open hours is the final straw.

Nasty, bad customer service, not take care of my order. Give back less, wrong change when I not pay attention on it .

Great new location!

I had recently came to chipotle for a great experience and it was not one. My order was messed up and had hair in it; in addition to the employees were rude as well as the manager Jonathan who was weird and didn’t help whatsoever. I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and the chipotle should higher better MANAGERS and EMPLOYEES.

The chips were stale and chewy, asked for replacement - they were stale, too. Servers were unpleasant. Food was disappointing.

Absolute worst chipotle in the city. I pointed out the portion of my protein serving was about half a scoop, the staff could have cared less. Trash was overflowing to floor and worse there a dead cockroach right in front of the food in the dining area. Read the reviews and avoid this location

I went in today for the Friday the 13th bogo special and had a great experience. I have worked in food service and recognize making every single order DOUBLED can be a lot! The staff handled it with grace, and the managers were encouraging them along the way. Awesome job all around.

Try the honey chicken bowl.

Ordered pick up and got home and noticed there was a hair in my food. When I went back the cashier was extremely rude asking if I wanted it to be remade…uh??? Yeah??? She had such a nasty attitude as if she was the one who had to remake it and yet she was only working the cash register 🙄 I wont be back.

Manager should consider going back to school and pursue something else, maybe managing a chipotle is too hard. Lazy workers, inconsistent food, and a 50% chance you receive the correct order.

Corporate should look into why this location has >3 stars and do something about it.

Store was dirty and uninviting. Ordered chips and queso and the chips were stale. The bowls we got were ok but the rice was tough. For the price there's better options in the area.

Ate here a couple of weeks ago, WORST and LAZIEST Chipoltle I have ever been too! So lazy they run out of food at the dinner hour! Can't they see when things are running low and start making more? Just pure laziness!! I see from other reviews that this happens A LOT!!! What kind of manager lets the food run out on a regular basis? When the whole reason they are in bussiness is to sell food!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Sounds like the manager has no experience at all and does NOT care!! My family will never get food from here again!! Being that lazy, the food probably isn't even safe to eat!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!.... P.S.
I just read more reviews and this Chipotle has been running out of food on a regular basis for OVER 2 YEARS!!!! NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT! WOW!!! I have NEVER heard of anything like this in my life!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE, PEOPLE ARE GETTING SICK FROM EATING THE FOOD HERE!!!!
