This restaurant can never keep the advertised ingredients on the line to serve customers, nor can they keep drinks and paper products available. We waited in line tonight for 15+ minutes, and when when placing order we were told they only had chicken & white rice, unless we wanted to wait 20-30 for them to cook other meats and brown rice. There seemed to be plenty of staff there; dirty dishes were piling up and no food was being prepped.

Lady ignored me when I mentioned she got corn in my sour cream I asked for on the side. They forgot to put my red salsa in the bag. You can’t be rude and incompetent. I could forgive one or the other, not both

I ordered online. i doubled on the chicken. and my other items were extra rice. extra corn. extra lettuce. extra of almost everything. and got extra Nothing. i’m sorry but if i'm paying more for these double items i expect to have the double items.
the bowl was so small. it looked like i got light everything besides the sour cream. 🤨

i like placing my order on the mobil app so it can be ready when i get there. i also Received no fork… Mind you this is prolly the 5th order that hasn’t been right. and i’ve just not said anything. but it gets to a point where there’s no way every visit isn’t correct. so guess i’ll have to travel to a new chipotle. 😊

I usually order online for pick-up. I cannot understand how I pay over $20 for a bowl and the bowl is mostly empty. This company is so sting with the amount of food served (which is less than when you go inside to order), which is also low at that point. For the price that they charge, that bowl should be packed! The amount of chips is also very low.
Haven't ordered food from here in about 6 months now and I probably won't come back anytime soon either.

Don’t use the app. The workers won’t read it and then you won’t get the right food. Reporting it in the app gets you a free drink though! Been a long time since I’ve seen a a chipotle with more 5 star than 1 star reviews and this one continues the tradition. Amazing what happens when you pay your employees as little as possible to pad the pockets of the executives.

FOUND GLASS IN MY BURRITO. Immediately tried to call the store and online wanted me to chat with an online bot which would not respond to my messages. After waiting on hold I finally reached a real person and not a robot. Told them about the situation and they transferred me to customer service, then customer service transfered me to “the feedback team” who then transferred me to the corporate, after finally getting ahold of corporate after being on the phone forever the girl at corporate took my name and email and she told me “someone from their special team trained to handle situations like this would get ahold of me by email” never told me how long it should be till I got an email and I asked if she could at least call up to the store and tell them there was glass in the food so they could switch everything out ans she told me no the special team takes care of that. I was very upset at that. Well it’s the next day and rhe “special team” that was supposed to reach out to me about the glass never did and they continued to serve food to ppl I’m assuming the rest of the day that potentially had glass in it. I live 45 mins from this chipotle and have a newborn or else I would have went back up there myself. Chipotle handled this very poorly and I hope no one got hurt because of their negligence. I’m just lucky I didn’t swallow the glass.

I ordered from here and was deeply disappointed. I got a bowl with steak, sour cream, lettuce, queso, corn, and rice. When receiving my bowl I only got rice, steak, and queso and the bowl was half filled. Chipotle standards have reached a new low and now I am let hungry.

This was hands down one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. I went to pick up a burrito and a drink for my girlfriend, and the employee at the window couldn’t have been more rude or unhelpful. She handed me the burrito, no drink, then asked what drink we ordered. My girlfriend didn’t remember, so I checked my phone and told her — and her response was to snap at me with a rude “speak up, I can’t hear you.” Excuse me? That’s not how you talk to customers.

So I literally showed her my phone with the order, and then she says she can’t see it. Unbelievable. If you can’t see OR hear, why are you working the drive-thru? It makes zero sense. Instead of just being decent and helping us out, she had an attitude the entire time. Completely unprofessional and totally ridiculous.

I will never go back to this location. Absolute joke of a staff and management clearly doesn’t care who they put on the front line.
