Have been going to the location for years for pick up orders through the Chipotle app. It can be hit or miss depending on the time of the week. If you are considering ordering pick up on the weekend nights, don't! My orders are almost always incorrect on weekend nights. Tonight we ordered two burritos, should have known the orders would be incorrect, it's a Friday night. My burrito had the correct order on the sticker my the burrito inside was totally not my order. Also, on several occasions my veggie burritos have included random meat chunks. If you are allergic or just don't eat meat, this isn't a pleasant experience. In my humble opinion I think the staff on busy nights is overworked and they get sloppy, hoping to get by with whatever is passed through the window at the pick up line.

Keep giving y’all chance after chance y’all never have food, I mean no rice no chicken no steak on multiple occasions I don’t even know why y’all are open anymore it’s ridiculous why put the chipotle on the north if you never have food and I still have to go by the mall. Trash. Literally never fails.

Found plastic wrap in my quesadilla. Be careful and make sure to check your food. Additionally, the white rice is almost never fully cooked making it crunchy.

Paid $5 extra for more protein and just got a regular bowl. Went back and the same thing happened except I also got severe food poisoning. Corporate was nice and refunded my meal but I wouldn’t go back to this particular location again.

I was in the line and the guy on front of me got a full bowl of steak and brown rice, and my turns come the lady behind the counter, only gave me half bowl of brown rice and steak for the same price. What an ignorant person.

Manager Delilah at University Parkway by Target was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. DID NOT ACCOMMODATE CUSTOMER AT ALL. General manager Jonathan Hernandez was not helpful AT ALL either. These people crazy ??.

I had a very good experience with their catering for my daughter’s birthday party. The chef who made our order had everything hot and ready at the time we designated online. He even helped bring the order to my car when I came in to pick it up. Best of all, the food was excellent! I commend this location for a job well done. (Regular operations didn’t miss a beat either!) Kudos to this team. Thank you.
