Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food tastes great, but if you go through the chipotlane, be 20 minutes late to when it states your order will be done. They literally never have it ready on time. You will be sitting at the window for 20 minutes, your food will be done, but they will ignore you while they make other orders.

I was disturbed by the raw chicken and unwashed lettuce in my bowl. I could feel the dirt in my mouth. Hopefully I don’t get sick.

**Recent visit here on 1/18/26 was a huge improvement. Restaurant and parking lot was very clean and the employees were great!**

If u could give this location 0 stars, I would. Parking lot was strewn with trash, homeless man laying up against the building by the back door, trash on the floor in the dining room and every single table was dirty. I asked someone behind the counter for something to clean a table with, and she told me that they used chemicals, so she would have to do it, but never moved to clean one single table....stood there, propped up against the counter, as they were not busy on a Friday night. As we were leaving, we noticed a yellow violation sign in the yard from the city of Winston-Salem for several violations in the yard and parking lot, one of which was garbage on the premises. Steer clear of this location if you want a decent experience.

This place could be better if they can only keep food on pantry, I have visited this place twice and both times they was out of chicken veggies or rice...smh food looks reheated.

This place is terrible. As soon as you walk in the door it smells like sewage.
The employees are extremely rude (that’s actually an understatement).

I ordered a to-go order for our family. When I picked up the order they failed to tell me they were out of chips & queso that I ordered. When I walked back in, they told me they were out. Ok, that’s fine. But they weren’t going to tell me? I paid for that. & of course they can’t refund. I have to call in to get a refund since I ordered online.
Once we got home, we realized one of our bowls was literally just steak & rice with none of the extras that it should have had on it.

Avoid this place at all costs!

Everytime I go they are out of at least 2 meat choices and it seem like I am inconvenience them.

The black beans and pinto beans looked dried up and crusty in the pan. I had to ask for fresh chicken because he tried to give me the last half spoon of dried up chicken. Appearance of the burrito bowls I bought didn't look as appetizing as at other Chipotle restaurants .While I was ordering one of my bowls the attendant started on another customer before I had time to order my second bowl. Which I was then informed I would have to go to the end of the line to place my next order. Despite the appearance of the food it still tasted ok. I will not be back.
