Was thinking maybe since it was newer that would explain the poor reviews. Nope. Been here multiple times and each time the portions have gotten smaller and smaller. Not just on the protein, the rice too. Definitely not worth the price at this location.

Last time i was in was the 2nd and last time. I went back the 2nd time thinking maybe they had a rough day, because the store was nasty; floors filthy, no spoons or forks, no clean tables anywhere. 2nd time was no better, food was good but if they are filthy about the front of store what is there we cant see. Where is the mgr./owner that should be doing something.

I see why you reviews are low! Tables are dirty. Ask for double chicken and got two half spoons. The guy was training an employee to serve this way. You are under serving patrons. Do the right thing and serve customers well with cleanliness and serving amounts that are just.

Dirty as hell in there. Nobody is professional at all, I’m given barely any protein even if I pay for double on mobile orders too. I’ll ask for no beans and beans will be all mixed on top of rice. Side items are often forgot like chips or guac this has happened many times as well.

Disappointed. The person on the line was literally a MANAGER and gave me not even a full serving of Queso. The queso was out and she carved what was kind of left which wasn’t even a full serving. Mind you Queso is extra! All food items from the cold section were literally frozen.

I was very disappointed with both the customer service and cleanliness at this location. When I arrived, I stood at the order area just waiting for someone to acknowledge me, but no one did. The employee working the line never greeted me, never said “I’ll be with you shortly,” and came across as unfriendly, all while other employees walked right past me behind the counter without saying a word.
In addition, the food preparation was not up to standard. Some of the lettuce in my order was left in large pieces that were not edible without me shredding them myself. The serving area looked messy, which did not give me confidence in the food preparation.
The exterior of the restaurant was equally concerning. The parking lot, sidewalk, and grassy areas had trash scattered throughout, and the dumpster area gate was left open with boxes and garbage visible. The overall appearance was unclean and unwelcoming.
As a paying customer, I expect not only quality food, but also a clean environment and friendly service. A simple acknowledgment, a smile, or even showing appreciation for my business would have made a difference. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in every area. I have experienced these issues on numerous of occasions at this location.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Dirty. Food all over the place, drinks were empty, napkins were empty, utensils were empty. Fully staffed but you wouldn’t know it. This place is a disaster.

Extremely rude workers, they put a tiny amount of ingredients in the burrito bowls, they put about three pieces of lettuce in one of them and got pissed off when we asked for more, they got extremely rude when asking for more of each ingredient, because they only put about a teaspoon worth of each ingredient, then they slammed our food down on the counter, so unprofessional

Today at the Peters Creek Chipotle in Winston-Salem, NC, I calmly asked when my mobile order would be ready, and in response, I was cussed out, insulted, and called names by staff. I wasn’t upset or rude—just trying to understand a delay—so being spoken to this way was shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
I ordered salsa on my order and this is what they gave me

If I could give this place 0 starts I would, they be putting as less chicken as they can on ever meal I get burrito or bowls , and lately you can even eat the rice of how hard it is it’s not coming well cook at all , and I also have found hair in my food. So please try to do better with your workers . Supervise them as much as you can to make sure they do the right thing, because I mean we are paying for our food.
