Management is very rude
No standards followed in the kitchen or prep. Cashier using the same gloves to work the register and handle money then use to add salsa and roll burritos. Basics.
They always get my order right and the staff is super cool. They move fast there and usually aren’t quite as busy as the Hanes mall location if you’re in a hurry.

Worse chipotle of all the places I’ve been to. Manager is probably never there and just gets a free paycheck.
They're always out of something. Want to wait a long time for your order? Come to this location. Want to deal with them not having essential ingredients? This is the spot. Want to be disappointed? They got your back. The owner clearly doesn't care about the success of this location.
Had 3 take out orders and only 1 was even close to correct! Had to waste gas to take back the other 2! Service sucked, either looked like they hated their jobs or just rude! Only 1 lady was even half nice. Pretty sure none of them like their jobs! Will NOT go back to this location!

Horrible NASTY attitudes from the employees and the managers could care less. You want to be over charged for items you don’t order then have a cashier get nasty with you? Go here for lunch! Not my problem she was having a bad day!
The place is an absolute mess, there’s left over food and dirt on every table, the employees were miserable, messy, and skimped on all portions. I found raw chicken in my food and had to get a refund. The drink station had ice on the floor and puddles, most of the drinks were gone and sodas were clear. There was also food all over the floors. I won’t ever come back to this Chipotle.

I have been going to Chipotle for years, this is undoubtedly the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. Employees are completely inept and dont care about their work or customer satisfaction. I sat in Chipotlane for 30 minutes (behind only 2 cars when I arrived) only to pull up to the window and see that no one had even started my order. There are 5 cars behind me at this point. It takes another 8 minutes to make my order. I arrive home only to find that multiple ingredients are missing from both my tacos and my girlfriends burrito bowl. The specific employee working Chipotlane has screwed up my order before, and typically stands there looking confused and tends to wander around the kitchen in the middle of orders, which happened again this evening. The front of house workers seem to think that dancing at the cash register is more productive than helping turnover the drive thru. I will never spend money here again. Fire everyone and start over.
Great customer service, short wait, food was fresh and very good reasonably priced!
Every time I have went to this location they are always out of a lot of items that should be in stock. Today I went they were out of the peppers and onions. We had to wait on steak. They were out of guacamole, no forks. they always have the young kids working later in the evening with no adult in there to supervise them so they can get the work done properly and correctly to serve their customers.
severe case of food poisoning from eating here that im sure can only be attributed to the disgusting atmosphere, terrible staff attitude and overall incompetence. not only did i wait over 40 minutes for my food despite placing my order long before opening and being perfectly on time. the food was somehow cold?? my chips were soggy, the meat didnt taste right and i had mystery juices at the bottom of my bag that weren’t from anything i ordered. the young lady at the window ignored me for over 15 minutes after i got to the window even through my order was ready and sitting on the shelf. i should’ve known something was off but i was hungry and had already waited an hour and spent $30.
Food quality & overall cleanliness has taken a big dive here, not the same place as it was just a year or two ago, went for lunch today & very disappointed in everything for the most part, don't believe I'll be returning any time soon.
