The service was pretty disappointing. I walked in and stood at the counter with no one in line for a solid 8 minutes. When I was acknowledged, it was one employee asking another if they were going to help me. I thought about walking out more than once, but we really wanted Chipotle šŸ˜… The food was pretty good, but this location needs a lot of help customer service wise

I used to go to this chipotle a lot but it has become just another failing franchise like most have become. Today’s experience broke it for me. After countless times getting shafted on portions and overpaying, I had my ā€œI quit this brandā€ moment at this very restaurant. I submitted my order in the parking lot at just a little before 6:00 pm. I wasn’t informed until about 6:20 pm that I would have to wait an additional THIRTY MINUTES on the protein I ordered. That’s absurdly ridiculous to even think a customer would want to wait that long on food from a fast-casual experience. The worst part is I didn’t even get a refund because I submitted a mobile order and apparently grabbing a $20 from the register isn’t an option. How convenient for the merchant. Don’t worry, I’ll make sure I get the money I overpaid back and rest assured; I will never EVER go back to a chipotle anytime soon and it for SURE will not be at this one. Let this be a warning to any prospective visitors: pick a different location than this one. Avoid it at all costs. Not to mention, the lobby is constantly covered in food and looks like a Texas Roadhouse back when you could throw peanut shells on the ground.

EDIT: So I’m writing this a day later to say I got a refund thanks to chipotle support and I think the real issue with this restaurant is a lack of quality management. The people that I see in the store working are usually doing what they’re supposed to be doing, but they seem to always lack a clear on-site manager that probably could’ve helped them out a lot last night. Despite that though, my reservations haven’t changed: avoid this chipotle at all costs.

Disgusting! Meat dry, so I asked for half half so I could get a bit of fresh chicken, wanted to charge me double meat, needs management approval to get it through, 40 minutes to get a burrito bowl in an empty restaurant. Staffed smelling like marijuana… tables dirty, bench dirty, floor dirty, kitchen dirty… wow! Amazed…

This place is gross, just gross. Not a single clean table in the restaurant. Trash cans overflowing. Food all over the floor. Glass looks like it has never been cleaned. Dust all over the sneeze guard. Food bar covered in slop. 3 employees standing around and not one of them attempting to clean anything. This place is food poisoning waiting to happen.

This Chipotle has been open for several months now and I waited to see if they could get it figured out before leaving a review but I can't take it any longer! Unfortunately, they are getting worse, not better. Service is horrific. Always out of ingredients and the restaurant is always filthy.

10-12-2025 Lunch time. There were no grilled peppers/onions and other thing seemed to be missing. He did not say how long the wait would be, only that they were out. When asked, he said five minutes. He talked to the cook and the cook washed dishes and went to the back room. 20 minutes passed, when I asked how much longer he said any minute, but that is when the cook started to cut the peppers/onions. I simply left, dumfounded.

I’ve had burrito bowls at chipotle outlets all over the country. This one is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Routinely substandard! Never again, y’all! Go to the Jersey Mike’s next door; it’s way better.

Food was ok, but got delivery to and they didn't include napkins or forks for our burrito bowls....so, now we have to wait until we get home to eat our bowls... which was the while entire point of getting delivery. So we didn't have wait until we got home.
